Bedankt dat je de tijd hebt genomen om je feedback met ons te delen — we vinden het heel jammer dat je dit zo hebt ervaren.

Bij Ellasie nemen we elke bestelling serieus en doen we er alles aan om elke klant eerlijk en met respect te behandelen. We begrijpen volledig dat het enorm frustrerend is als je zo lang moet wachten op een pakket.

Helaas is je bestelling (nummer 2409) inderdaad vertraagd geraakt en uiteindelijk kwijtgeraakt bij PostNL, iets wat volledig buiten onze controle ligt. Om nogmaals te bewijzen dat wij een betrouwbaar bedrijf zijn dat wel degelijk om klanten geeft, hebben wij jouw bestelling inmiddels volledig terugbetaald. Je bent je geld dus niet kwijt — wij hebben dit netjes voor je opgelost, zoals beloofd.

We vinden het ontzettend vervelend dat je deze negatieve ervaring hebt gehad met de bezorging. We willen jou — en iedereen die dit leest — laten weten dat we altijd blijven staan voor eerlijke communicatie, echte oplossingen en dat geen enkele klant ooit met lege handen achterblijft.

First and foremost, we’ve responded to all your emails promptly and have already offered a full refund, as per our satisfaction guarantee. We're committed to standing by our policies and always do our best to make things right for our customers.

Regarding your concern about the product being "fake" — please rest assured that our gummies and all other products are 100% authentic and safe, manufactured in GMP-certified facilities and compliant with EU health regulations. We ship directly from our international warehouse, which includes China, Germany, UK and US, but that doesn’t mean the products are not legitimate. In fact, we hold all necessary certifications and quality documentation.

The absence of a barcode in your batch is due to a packaging update currently being rolled out — not a reflection of product authenticity or safety.

We’re a verified, growing brand already available on Amazon UK and expanding to Amazon NL, DE, and FR — platforms that require strict compliance.

To claim we’re a “scam” while ignoring our refund offer and communication efforts is not only misleading but harmful.

According to the tracking information (which we’ve shared), your parcel is now in the final delivery stage and is scheduled to arrive tomorrow 📦.
