Hi, we are part of trading standards, and we never give prices over the phone only via email or text for clarity. Please provide your invoice or message but I’m confident you can’t, as again yesterday I refused an email for paid reviews and was threatened that if I didn’t then you would be leaving 1 star reviews on my platform

They charged £500 to come out and drill a lock and install a new one!!
Could have bought a brand new door for this price and got it installed!!
Unfortunately, was abroad at the fime and housesitter was stranded.

Their charge was the same cost as a brand new door double glazed supplied and fitted.

I think you may have the wrong company, if you can provide me with some details like a booking confirmation and the invoice we always issue to every customer I can look into this, but seeing as you said we don’t pick locks I think you must have us mixed up with a 49 no call out fee company. Our fees and prices are fixed prior to attending and even worst case scenario with a fault with the door lock and mechanism wouldn’t cost anywhere near a new door.
When you send companies asking to pay for fake reviews and we say no, you then proceed to leave fake 1 star reviews on our platforms.
We have requested information from you but you haven’t provided any, if this was a genuine review you would provide some information so we can investigate the job and the time attended.

El asesor panda security antivirus Jose Angel Rabanal, me ha engañado y me ha mal asesorado en la compra de un producto Panda Dome advance que no se ajusta a mi necesidad aún habiendole explicadodando. Además de colgar cuando le llamo ya van varios dias largas diciemdo de que llama en unos minutos. Esto ha pasado en varias ocasiones en el asesoramiento telefonico 951 250 560.

Definitely recommended - professional and friendly.
Elite 365 recently fixed the locking mechanism on the UPVC French Doors at the back of my house leading to the garden. They had been getting gradually getting harder to lock and I called them before the mechanism broke all all together.
They were very friendly and professional on the phone and arranged a time convenient for me to pop around to give me a quote. When they came to the house they were very clear on the issue and broke down to the cost of the repair. I was happy with the quote and the repair was carried out straight away. The result is a door that locks without any effort. I would definitely recommend.

The service I received from John was…
The service I received from John was outstanding. He provided exactly what I needed for my elderly mum, fixing the current door lock rather than the more expensive option of providing a new lock. His work was excellent, price very reasonable, explained everything, prompt arrival just two hours after I rang him, and took the time to give me helpful information with regard to my mum's particular situation. Very impressed and would certainly recommend him to anyone.
