Estafa total. No compren, pedí un vestido y llego algo que no se puede llamar vestido, era una tela con una impresión que simulaba brillos. Ojalá pudiera poner reviews en foto para que lo vieran.

There is no way to get in contact with them, they use fake email adress, no phone number neither a livechat. I placed my order 1 week ago and shipment has not been made,there is no way to track because there is no actual update in tracking. Damn no way to contact them they might be a fraud !

Scam! The chat support is inactive. The 'Track order' instructions do not work without an account login which apparently I did not set up with a password when I ordered!

Esta página es una estafa. Estoy a la espera de devolución y no pasa nada.

Hice pedido de varios artículos al darme cuenta que no llegaría a tiempo para actividad que tenia, y de que veía poca credibilidad en esta página, decidí a los dos días cancelar. Envié un correo, ya que no tienen un espacio formal en su pagina para cancelación, y me informaron que según su política, tienes 24 horas para cancelar sin penalización.

Además me indicaron que no podían cancelar mi pedido, por el tiempo transcurrido y que si quería continuar con la cancelación, se me cobraría una penalización del 15% de la compra. Les informé que estaba de acuerdo en que descontaran el 15% con tal de no perderlo todo. Ya ha pasado más de un mes y cuando escribo dando seguimiento a mi devolución me responden hablándome de la cancelación. Pareciera un juego para que me canse y abandone el reclamo.

Considero esta pagina una estafa.

I placed an order for several items from this company through their Facebook ad, under their policy it states you have 24 hours to cancel without penalty. I had second thoughts and after 16 hours I sent an e-mail to cancel my order. Of course I didn't get a reply immediately. When I received my reply they stated they were unable to cancel my order, as it was after the 24 hours time period and if I wanted to continue with the cancellation I would be charged a 15% fee. I replied and told them I sent them my e-mail within the 24 hour period and I should not be penalized. I have not received a response. At this point I don't know what will happen next. I will never order anything advertised on Facebook again.

Don’t ever order on this site. What you get is totally different from What you order and they ask you to return the Product and after returning the product at your cost, you do not get the refund.
With repeated emails, I always get the message…

Απαταιωνες .... καμια ανταποκριση το φορεμα που παρειγγειλα με την πραγατικότητα.. τα ρουχα για τα καρναβαλια είανι πιο πολύ καλης ποιότητας και ραψίματος ... αποφύγεται αυτην την σελίδα... στα μαιλ δεν απαντάνε ζητώντας καθε φορα τον αριθμο παραγγελίας ... Αγανακτηση...

I bought a party dress and it arrived 4 weeks later...ANOTHER DRESS IN SIZE XTRA SMALL AND OF POOR QUALITY....AND THEY DON'T WANT TO SEND ME WHAT I PURCHASED

One star is even too much. I bought two lovely outfits as I thought and around a month and a half they sent me a piece of material that felt like parachute material in grey in the shape of a waste jacket. When I complained they said to return it for a refund. Like yeah I'm going to throw more money away on a piece of material. Anyways after 4 months of looking for a refund they blocked me on fb and messenger and they won't reply to emails. My outfits amounted to €75. And I'm just one of pribably hundreds. Surely there is a way to jail these Thieves!!!! I'm so mad and angry that I fell for this.

This website is fake , what you see in the picture is not what you will get in the mail . And they will not refund you , I bought two dresses for
84.63 $ . When I received the dresses it was a piece of junk no beads , the material was see through and workmanship horrible . Strings from dress hanging. Do not buy from this website, you will not get your money back

The (2) dresses I ordered arrived in approximately 3 weeks (ok) The quality is equal to the Halloween costumes you buy at box stores. HORRIBLE quality. I emailed their customer service who gave me an address to return the items. $50 to return $80 of garbage. I was such a gullible fool!!! Do not support these scam artists!

Esta tienda ElePasion es un fraude, avisen a todos que son una estafa. Muestran trajes lindos y envían basura. Estemos pendientes porque son unos desgraciados.

Sito ASSOLUTAMENTE NON AFFIDABILE! Ho ordinato un completo di tre pezzi e ne sono arrivati due! Tra la foto e il capo reale NON C'ERA ALCUNA AFFINITA'. Materiale scarsissimo!
Abbiamo chiesto il reso, hanno spiegato che le spese di euro 40.00 (!) sarebbero state a carico nostro! Hanno proposto un rimborso del 50% del valore pagato, ma non hanno dato nulla. Nemmeno una spiegazione sul capo mancante! SITO TRUFFA!!!!

Avoid at all cost! Order 2 dresses in May and here it is the end of September and have not rec'd. Ask for a refund, and no response! Avoid !!!

Que bueno que me meti a esta página antes de ordenar

I was foolish enough to order from Elepasion who have not shipped my goods which I ordered on 2 August 2024 and have received no communication from my emails to them. I should have read the reviews before as I can see I am not the only one who is still waiting for my goods. Trying my best to get a refund but it looks like they do not exist. Please avoid this company at all costs.

I received a bag full of garbage from them. Nothing like the advertised.
