Terrible service. The wrong product was delivered and weeks later I am still waiting for it to be collected and refunded. No communication or, apology. These things happen and mistakes can be made its how they are handled which shows a company who genuinely care. Elegant Events obviously don’t.

Placed order delivered on 20th AUG 25 Item was poor quality Rang I was asked to send photo rang 26th was asked for order number on next call i was sent a label to return faulty item via post office In 15th Sept call was promised a refund Rang again on 19th was told I would be sent a refund & I received aE mail confirmation 22nd sep refund came through

Seller sent incomplete order, said they were running short so didn't send. Ignored all emails, didn't respond and lied about despatching when I raised a PayPal dispute. . Just takes money and doesn't provide items or service. Horrible to deal with. Avoid avoid. Our Reviews on their website and they never showed up, so they obviously delete them!

Needed 3 tablecloths at extremely short notice for an event. They were despatched quickly and arrived when expected. The tablecloths were lovely and the perfect colour for the theme. Very pleased with the overall experience and products and will have no hesitation ordering from Elegant Event Essentials again.

the company was very communicative and sent the order quickly which was very convenient. Unfortunately the color match and printing was not the best quality - the logo we have is dark grey and the fabric we chose was dark green and it seems the color of the fabric has affected the print of the logo making the grey appear greener in certain lighting - we would recommend getting a white fabric background to avoid this issue.
