Electric Fence Online Anmeldelser

I rang the hotline with a Technical Question regarding a product I bought, did not return my call.

Why get in your car , petrol cost, parking etc one minute on internet DONE.

Product as described and delivered efficiently

As a retired person living in Garmouth, Morayshire, I spend a lot of time taking my four dogs for walks along tracks and over fields near my house. In the past I have had some nasty jolts by coming into contact with live wires around farmer's fields. Although I could see the wires, I had no means of telling whether they were live or not, until I bought your Hotline product.

I have now successfully tested farm wires with Hotline, and can confidently take my dogs for their walks without getting an electric shock, and would recommend it to anyone. Full marks!

The battery was flat on the original tester that was ordered and on contacting the company I found them excellent with their Customer Service. The staff were very polite and helpful in resolving the situation and a new tester was sent in the post. Thank you very much Andy and I would always recommend Electric Fence Online for a speedy service from ordering straight through to delivery and how you deal with any problems. Once again a very big thanks.

Would use again.

The purchase from this company was an excellent product and the delivery was brilliant

Helpful friendly advice. Items that were bought were well packaged with good instructions. Vendor very patient with my dithering! I bought an electric fence with mains connection

I broke the plug on my electric fence and needed a replacement. I was called back by a very helpful person who posted the item for me that day so that I got it by the earliest available post. Excellent service.

Very, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Took time to explain options and products available to keep foxes off a football pitch and gave me options to consider and followed this through to provide a package that hopefully does the job. Could not ask for a better consumer experience.

Good advice and prompt reliable service given

Excellent service considering I am an overseas customer. Very fast at responding. Would recommend this company.

Very helpful and efficient

Excellent Fence hundred times better than a battery operated one! Speedy service

Fast delivery and exactly what I needed to replace an 8-yr old unit which had just failed.

I've bought a Shrike energiser, the earth rod and some replacement crocodile clips and each time the service was excellent - easy to use website, cheapest price I could find, quick delivery and a good quality product.

I bought torch three years ago but only recently charged up to use. Halogen bulb did not work! presumed it was the bulb as lcd ring works perfectly. Purchased two new halogen bulbs which arrived quickly and well packed, but torch still no good re halogen bulb use!

Having placed my order it transpired that Hotline no longer stocked the item I required. Inavata went the extra mile and managed to track down a replacement product for me in Germany, which was delivered in a couple of days. Very helpful indeed.

I called to amend my order & chatted through what I wanted to do & was guided through what I could use to do the job. Good advice & really helpful as I ended up calling a few times!
Delivery was swift also

I spoke with a guy called Andy concerning differences between two products, one of which I’d already ordered online the previous day. He agreed the cheaper product was almost identical to the more expensive model I’d ordered and could see no reason to spend unnecessarily so offered an exchange of item and refund of the price difference. Not only this but he withdrew the more expensive model until the exact differences could be established, thereby stopping anyone else from making a similar error.

This kind of customer focus and care is extremely rare nowadays and it was almost a shock to be treated with complete honesty. Excellent stuff, guys!
