Most of the order delivered on time
Most of the order delivered on time, and when I called to find out what happened to the rest of the order, they were able to find out where it was, sent me a tracking email for the royal mail so I can keep an eye for the delivery myself. Due to the item's size,it took a while to get it to destination. Perfect all around

Besvarelse fra Electric Fence Online
Dear Customer,
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
Unfortunately, we had a stock mix up which caused the wrong items to be sent out twice. We sincerely apologise that, despite arranging a replacement, we were unable to provide the product you originally ordered.
This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and we’re reviewing what went wrong to help prevent this from happening again.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
the Electric Fence Online team
