They leave items in to flag for SEO, but then have a disclaimer that they don't actually sell that item anymore. Pretty scummy.

I ordered a very specific product to be compatible with others I own. They didn't have it and chose to "upgrade" it. The product will not work for me. In fact, the product they sent isn't even the described upgrade in their invoice. They have ignored my requests to return it. They have also denied the first try at credit card dispute. Hoping I don't have to take legal action.

The company stood behind the product they sold. Replacement was shipped quickly.

Substitute product is not the same as the original. I had to hire an electrician to change a light bulb because he had to rebuild the brackets to make it work in the can.

My order for replacement smoke alarms was fulfilled without any issues and delivered without delay. More importantly, the replacement alarms worked perfectly with my existing system and were easy to install. No issues whatsoever.

It was easy to order online. It was a difficult product to find! Thank you!

They have listed a part on their website, I ordered the part and then they gave me an "upgrade" to a part I DID NOT WANT. It was useless and their return policy says that the packaging must be original and that there is a 25% restorcknig fee.

Garbage company engaged in false advertising. They absolutely do not have the item you want on the website and will just trade it out for what they consider similar.

I received a Juno product instead, which I understand is the replacement for the Lithonia, but I ordered from you because your website said you had the Lithonia brand, and no one told me I'd get the Juno ones instead. I could have bought the Juno locally for $3-4 less, but your website said you had the Lithonia. It works ok, but you didn't tell me
