Went in today looking for a discontinued tile to complete my bathroom. All staff where very helpful and friendly, Shirley went above and beyond to help me find tiles that would suffice. Thank you to Everyon Glass I will certainly return for the rest of my tile requirements.

Quality control nil
I purchased 6 pre finished doors before Christmas, the joiner installed 5 of them before I arrived home then pointed out damage on the face of the 6th door.
When I check all doors 3 out of 6 had visible damage, despite the doors being delivered wrapped with no sign of damaged protection.
When I contacted EG and sent photos they said they’d refer to their supplier. Several weeks later after chasing a resolution they said as the doors had been hung they were not prepared to do anything.
Last time I purchase anything from Everton Glass.
EG thank you for the reply, however there were no such advice notes included in the delivery. You were notified as soon as I became aware. My contract was with EG not your supplier.

Hello, our supplier's policy states that all doors must be checked by the customer or the fitter prior to installation and a leaflet is included with each door to explain this. We would have been happy to arrange replacements if the doors hadn't already been installed. Everton Glass
Hello again and thank you for your update. Our policy matches our suppliers' terms as stated here https://www.eg-online.co.uk/ts-cs
I understand that our showroom manager has tried to resolve this and has been unable to arrange replacements because the doors have already been installed. Everton Glass
Great service! Customer service team very patiently answered all my questions and showed personality as well. The items arrived really quickly. Delighted.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to rate and review us.
I called to order some tiles. The lady on the telephone was extremely helpful and was very efficient. I had used this company a number of times in the past, but not in the last 8 years. I am pleased to say that it is still a family run company and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
