Easy to navigate website. Prompt deliver my of good value, quality product. Customer service also excellent at resolving my queries when their 3rd party payment partner had technical issues.

Definitely the best framing service around with quality frames that are always very well packed and delivered on time. I've ordered a lot of frames over the past 2 years and always the same first class service. With my last order I telephoned them for advice and they were so amazingly helpful, I absolutely recommend eframes for both quality frames and such a superb service.

So many choices!!! So please with my experience from this professional company. I received my custom made frame in raw wood so I could colour to my requirements. I’m over the moon with the outcome. The frame is well made, well packaged with a very good turnaround time from date of order. Ordering online was super easy & as i mentioned at the start - a wide range of choices, colours, styles! Highly recommend this company!

Very easy process. Lots of options to choose from. Framed photo is now hanging on our wall - looks amazing !

Arrived on time but quality looks and feels really cheap for the price paid. Ended up not using one frame as the 'wood' effect looked so orange.

The flimsy lightweight products I received from eframe are worth no where near what they are charging. For their prices you would expect good sturdy quality. What you get is cheap and lightweight.
I would avoid eframe, and find your local picture/framing shop instead. Eframe sell cheap flimsy low quality products.

Frame was sturdy and well made this is the 2nd frame I have ordered and would happily use them again communication was good and delivery quick

The communication from Ysabel working in eFrame customer service was superb. She made sure the pictures were tailor made exactly to how I wanted them. One of the pictures quality was not great so she checked with me first if I was happy with the print or if I wanted it to be printed again. eFrame were able to put the pictures in the frame and then package them for me so nicely. They came in pristine condition. Thank you!!

Kept me informed over the Christmas break. Advised delivery information and delivered on time.
The frame was as ordered and easy to add my picture.

Beautiful frames
Very well packaged
Perfect fit
Fast service
Very pleased

Great service, the frame fits our picture perfectly. Many thanks.

Easy to order, great range of choices and prices, quick to arrive and easy to mount. I love the way it fits my painting and it's exactly as I imagined which for an obline purchase is extraordinary.

Product is well made and was delivered fast. Great service

The turnaround was prompt with the ability to specify the delivery date.

The frame is lovely, however the canvas that I installed fell off after 2 days. It’s a really light canvass but the sticky Velcro just didn’t have the strength. The smooth frame didn’t allow them to stick. I put all 8 on the single picture and it still fell. It also slightly damaged the painting, which my 14 year old created.

Incredible super fast and beautiful quality

Great frames. Dealt with a query very promptly. Would recommend.

Really easy to place an order and customise the frame. The final product and photo were of a very high quality. There was also a live update tracker which showed when the frames were cut, fitted, etc. Which was particularly good. Arrived on time.
Just what I was looking for, thanks.

Excellent product and service
