Beautiful frames, perfectly built to the correct size, delivered in 3 days. Really pleased with them!!

I loved the range of framing options, the simplicity of ordering and the way I could see that order progressing through the various stages.
The frame was packaged superbly.
The mounted print I'd chosen the frame for, now looks perfect hanging on the wall.

I created a large order of 7 giant canvas frames but needed them in a hurry, the communication was top notch, the delivery service was very speedy & packaged extremely well & the end products are amazing - excellent quality and great value, would highly recommend the service

I was really happy with this company and the great customer service. I had an issue with an order I placed (my fault) and the person I spoke to was really helpful and courteous and she helped me to get the order right. Postage was fast and the items I ordered were of really nice quality. Thank you.

Easy ordering process, competitive pricing, prompt delivery and a great quality product. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Amazing!! It came so quick and was perfect

Second time ordering from eframe. Frame looks exactly as planned. Really happy with it. Great packaging and overall service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So happy with my picture frames. Made to measure perfectly and look great with the little water colour paintings in them.
They were on time and prices were not too expensive either.

The prices are reasonable, the instructions were clear and being able to have a totally custom size (which fit the picture perfectly) was great. Would thoroughly recommend.

Exact size, as specified, easy to fit.

Having ordered a custom frame copying last year's order, I didn't realise the frame had changed ever so slightly. When it arrived safe and sound, I was a little disappointed this one didn't match the previous one.
When contacting the customer service team, particularly Ysabel, she let me know the frame had changed slight since last year but as I hadn't been informed, she had already started a replacement order for the frame to replicate last years. This was unexpected and amazing to hear. The frame arrived this morning and it's excellent ! I wasn't expecting this replacement but to say the eFrame customer is exceptional is not an understatement. Thank you !

Expected a quick delivery given the price of priority, but still took 5 days in total.

Also expected quality print given the high cost, but the pictures were printed on crappy paper - and you can see where they used scissors along the edge to cut it.

Great service, prompt dispatch and a perfectly fitting made to measure frame. Recommended.

Polished product, easy to use website delivered in speedy time, well packaged. Will definitely use again as product was very good quality. Customer service are also very friendly and quick too. Use eFrame!!

Excellent quality, easy to adjust and hang frames.

I really like that I had 2 pieces of art that were unusual sizes and could order the exact size I need.
I found that the small gold frame needed an engineering degree (or at least some instruction) to find how to open it. Top tip: screwdriver needed! Once figured out and finally opened, art placed then closed again, it looks nice. Bit of a faff though.

Perfect bespoke sizing…. Super quality… arrived quickly and very professionally packaged. Totally delighted and will definitely use e-frame again

Two custom size frames just over 8 inches square. I could not be more thrilled with the service, quality of the frames and supporting bits & pieces. The reproduction album covers look fantastic in the frames. Safely packaged and delivered in excellent time.

Always a great experience with eframe!

Excellent selection, perfect customer service and great final product. Will be ordering again.

I created some art and sent it to eframe to put on canvas and at the same time I ordered a floating frame for it. The frame was specifically cut for my canvas size, which many other companies don't offer. The quality of the printed canvas was fantastic. not only that but they mounted the art onto the frame for me and added fixings. It looks 100% on my wall and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Great stuff and I'd recommend based on my experience.
