I recently came back from a 2 day trip to Liverpool/Anfield with my son. The trip was absolutely faultless. So well organised and run, the bus was comfortable and the journey was well planned out. The communication was fantastic. Edwards Coaches removed all the stress around booking and travel so we were free to relax and enjoy the trip.
The hotel was lovely, and the stadium tour was so much fun. All for an amazing price too.
Thank you Edwards Coaches, we had an amazing time and looking forward to future trips with you :)

Excellent holiday, as usual. A 5 day city tour to York didn't disappoint.
The Queens Hotel was exceptional and the food very appetising.
The driver, John, made us all welcome and helped each and everyone when required.
The added bonus was a flooded river that actually added to the outstanding views from the bedroom windows. All was done to avoid any disappointment on the days away. Thank you Edwards Coaches.

They're not bad. We used it for a London trip. It gets the job done but the seats weren't that clean and wrappers still left in the pouch in front of us.

Plus point the driver was friendly and the service was efficient

On our recent trip to Ireland we were dropped off in Downpatrick for three and a half hours with nothing to see except a church and a graveyard, the museum is apparently closed on a Monday so why take us there, what a waste of a day. We eventually get to Belfast and hoping for some good Irish food at dinner but unfortunately for us in the hotel we had freezer food

Pasta with a jar of sauce on
Must of thought here’s a coach load of old aged pensioners they don’t need good food with vitamins let’s just feed them rubbish.
We ended up eating out every night
Irish Stew
Seafood Chowder
Champ and Gammon with fresh veg
Added to the cost of our holiday of course, so come on Edwards sort yourself out you charge enough.

My wife and I just returned from our trip with Edwards travel to Kent. It was Ace, well organised not sure Edwards can take credit for the lovely weather But who knows ? The hotel was clean and the food very good especially breakfast couldn't fault it. the days out well planed and we had enough time to enjoy the places visited. Rob our driver 10/10 Thank you for a great value break

Family trip to Disney Paris. Absolutely fantastic..don't get me wrong long travel coach,ferry then coach but worth it. Coach driver Dai was fab. movies on so kept kids entertained (and me) 😄 Disney was amazing our kids and grandkids (grandparents) will have amazing memories for years to come.

Isle of Man. We did this trip last year, went again this year because it was such a wonderful holiday. The hotel was clean and staff there were more than helpful. The food was outstanding, I would say the best hotel food we’ve ever had. The driver,Pete was so knowledgeable about the area, he made the holiday for us. Exceptional trip and excellent value for money.

My mother has just returned from a week in Tenby arranged by Edwards coaches. she enjoyed the trip itself and the hotel, but the trip was marred significantly by an extremely rude abrupt, impatient, coach driver, who kept changing his mind on collection times and seemed to just want to her home. When asked questions from the Mostly elderly passengers he would snap angrily back. I am extremely cross with how both my mother and other passengers were spoken to and treated.

Wonderful hotel very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food & service. Cleanliness very good. Enjoyed going in the outdoor heated pool. We had a great driver John very efficient helpful & fun with a clear itinerary.

We have returned from a coach trip to Isle of Man.
The on the tour we visit the interesting places on the island and the driver, Richard, descriptions and information beneficial and made the holiday very worth while and very enjoyable

Overall the trip was good. But not for the first time the standard of the hotels that Edwards are using are not up to standard. The Hotel had a shortage of staff and couldnt cope with the approx 100 people who were on the trip. Breakfast was help yourself and it was chaos, the area was to small and people waiting for dishes, food etc. The evening meal was very poor, so that our driver stated that he had sent emails to Edwards about the complaints he had received. The part of the trip was to see Andre Rieu and see Maastricht before the show to soak up the atmostphere, which didn't happen (talking to people who had in previous years been on the same tour, they went into Maastricht before the show and had free time to see the town) I was very disappointed about that. I purchased better tickets (my priority) and i'm glad I did I was in the fourth row, Edwards tickets was 43 rows from the front. The concert was brilliant.

I have just returned home from a short break with a group of friends to see Andre Rieu in Masstricht. We had a fantastic time, and although there were a few little glitches, on the whole the holiday went like clockwork. I've given 4 stars but it was more 4.5 stars.
A big thank you goes to Richard our coach driver who looked after us all very well and who had a fantastic sense of humour, which is always a plus, especially considering the responsibility of getting us all there and back safely.
Before the concert we had an all you can eat and drink meal in the 4star Van der Valk hotel in Maastricht, which was part of the package. The food was of a very high standard with something for everyone. We were also given seat cushions to use during the concert along with a few other Andre Rieu "freebies" to keep as souvenirs. The seats allocated in the Andre Rieu concert were excellent, right in the middle of the central block, looking straight at the stage. The itinerary stated that we would have some free time in Maastricht before the meal and the concert, however, this was not possible, as parking was a problem in the city as the roads had been closed off for the concert. We were told on joining the tour that this might happen, and we were given free time in nearby Valkenberg instead, where there was plenty to do including visiting the caves, sand sculptures and, as we did, taking a ride on the cable car to the top of the hill where there is a bar, restaurant and other food concessions as well as an alpine slide and mini golf etc. As an important local travel destination, Valkenberg town itself has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to while away the time.
On the day after the concert, we were driven into Brussels, where we had free time to explore the city at our own pace and with plenty of time to see all of the important sights, the Cathedral, Grande Place, Manequin Pis etc. There was also enough time to have lunch and to buy the obligatory Belgian chocolate or two!
Now for the downsides....a few of our fellow travellers complained about the standard and location of the hotel, the Best Western, Wavre. OK, it wasn't fantastic, our room didn't have air conditioning and there were no fans available to use in the room. A bathmat to stop you slipping in the shower might have been useful, but the maid supplied us with another towelling bathmat, which when wet, did almost as good a job, and was probable healthier as it was changed every day, so didn't harbour mold like a rubber one would. A few more staff about the place would have been good too, as they were rushed off their feet with two coachloads of guests all seated for dinner at the same time and all rushing for breakfast. (A big shout out to the young waiter, I didn't catch his name, who had only just started working there last week, who remained calm and cheerful throughout). Breakfast was a bit chaotic, as so many people were trying to access what was quite a small breakfast buffet area at the same time and sometimes we had to wait for certain items to be replenished. Dinner on both nights that we ate at the hotel was good, particularly as the same three course meal was served to everyone. (A fish terrine starter, Belgian meatballs ( boulets a la liegeoise) and tart tatin, the first night, and a deep fried cheese, chicken main course and chocolate mousse on the second night.
I've been on a number of coach tours over the years with various coach companies including Edwards, Sheerings, Diamond etc. and my experience this time compares favourably with them all. Another gripe some of our fellow travellers had was the location of the hotel (out of town), again I have no problem with that - stay in the city centre, pay city centre prices! Also, I'm sure it's nigh on impossible to book accommodation for up to a hundred people in one hotel in any city centre.
If I do have one complaint, it is that the air conditioning on the coach on our return journey stopped working (it can happen to anyone!). My concern was that my stash of Belgian chocolates might melt. (But that is a real first world problem isn't it!)

Just returned from Maastricht.
Very poor Hotel (Best Western Havre) they didn`t have enough Staff to cope with the 2Bus loads of people. Breakfast was an utter shambles (shortage of Cutlery food etc) The Quality of food for the evening meal was very poor especially on the first night.
Didn`t have any free time in Maastricht as the itinerary stated

Highland Railways. Lovely scenery, good itinerary. Hotels overnight and main were lovely and nice food. Our driver English John was great, lovely personality and very informative. 10/10 all round

We have just came back from a trip to Lake Garda with Edwards Coaches and it was Brilliant from start to finish,our drivers Richard and Troy were exceptional! Every thing was organised and booked for us they went above and beyond to make sure the holiday was perfect for everyone.They were funny and always looked immaculate. They kept us fully informed throughout the journey as we passed certain landmarks.And we had a bonus on the way home when they took us over the Gottard pass in Switzerland it was Stunning and made everyones trip something to remember.We have been on lots of Edwards trips abroad and in the U.K. The only negative is that it could be a little longer with two days each way travelling it would be nice to have a few more days of free time.Cannot wait for our next trip.

The company just suddenly cancelled our trip for the 15th August that we had booked with them. They said they didn't have enough passengers. No apology. No proposed alternative trip. No compensation. Just a refund. Deplorable.

Had a fab day at Harry Potter Studios on 18th June 2023. Driver was ok but didn’t have a lot to say . Didn’t have enough time only had 4 hours ,second half of the tour was rushed . Queues for food crazy had to wait 35 minutes . We could have had another 2 hours . This was Edwards driver wanting to get back . This trip wasn’t cheap at £109.00 pounds . This is 2nd only giving 3 stars

Having recently returned from shropshire and the WB holiday the first evening was really chaotic but our driver Chris Singleton took control and from the following day things improved,we found Chris to be professional funny with a sense of humour and with our friends made the holiday enjoyable thanks again Chris hope to travel with you again G and L Rowlands

Travelled to Disneyland Paris with Edwards coaches, I was really worried about the amount of time spent sat on the coach and being uncomfortable as I had fractured my coccyx a few months ago, but the seats were extremely comfortable and the trip was so enjoyable. Our driver couldn’t have been more helpful, can’t wait to book with Edwards again
