I've cancelled my subscription time and time again, each time it says 'sorry to see you go', and then next month they deduct the money again. They haven't replied to any of my emails. My bank is investigating them. I can only presume they are frauds - DO NOT SIGN UP!

Update - they never replied to my emails but 10 minutes after writing this review they refunded the last few months since I've been asking to cancel my subscription. A note for whoever works at Educational App Store, shame on you for taking mine and other parents' money when we wanted to cancel. All we wanted was to help our children and you took advantage of that. Be better.

Impossible to cancel, ive emailed loads, theyve been taking money off me monthly now for ages, which is adding up, i had an email back months ago saying they were sorting it, still no further forward

These people are scammers. I tried emailing them at “webteam@educationalappstore”and they have not responded to my emails requesting refund and to stop the subscription. There is no number to call. Will be reporting to BBB soon.

Its a scam . Being charged for almost 6 months inspite of cancelling the subscription in the free trial period. there is no contact even to reach out. Please dont fall for this website.

I, like others, are finding it impossible to cancel and they keep taking money. After attempting multiple times in April 2023 to cancel via website, I emailed in May. Still they took money. In July 23 I tried again via website, bear in mind that a new law came into force in June 23 to make it easier to cancel subscriptions, and I did notice that the website appeared to honour this as it confirmed subscription was cancelled. But here I am in August 23, wondering why the money has yet again been taken. Abysmal and at least 5 months unwanted payments.
After 5 emails sent in one minute/multiple cancellations on website- I’ve received confirmation of subscription- we’ll see. 22/08/23

Like many others here, I have tried to cancel my membership through my online account and by sending them numerous emails to the only email address on their website. Not only have they not cancelled the subscription, they took the money from my account and never responded to any of my emails. This company is a scam!

A requested several times for my subscription to be cancelled but I keep paying for it. Please can you cancel my subscription ASAP

I have tried to cancel several times and have emailed the Educational App Store with screenshots confirming my successful cancellation and that I should receive an email within 24 hours but I never do and keep getting my card debited. I have also emailed several times and have yet to get a response.

Attempted to email the company numerous times but eventually gave up, absolutely pathetic. I am now unable to even log on to the site. An annual fee is taken from my bank and as it is impossible to contact the company it is not possible to cancel an account. Complete scam and utter waste of time avoid like the plague!

I have the exact same problem as everyone else below. Have cancelled my membership 4 times now, have emailed twice with no response, have been charged 3 times when I shouldn’t have been charged at all.

I have had the same experience as many others have described in their reviews. I subscribed in 2020 but just as soon as I downloaded the app I realised it was no use for me and I deleted the app and emailed the company to cancel my subscription.

Lo and behold 4 years later and I have just realised that I have continued to be billed every year. I did not notice these debits from my account as the amount was small and they were only once per year. I also have no idea how they managed to get hold of my card details as the 3 subsequent years were charged to different cards from the first card, and I never gave them any new/updated card details. This is indeed a scam.

Their website has absolutely no contact details or company information that I can find apart from a single email address.

Is it not the law for all limited companies to state their company address on their website?

I have written to them once again to cancel any subscription that may still be on their systems for me, to delete any payments information they hold for me, to cease deducting money from my account, and to refund all the money that has been deducted from my account these past four years. I had a reply from ‘Hannah’ saying apologies they would look into it and get back to me within 24 hours. There is no phone number to ring them. I have not heard anything since. After reading other reviews here I now fear I may be in for the same problem - impossibility to cancel and continued deductions from my account. This is absolutely outrageous.

It has been impossible to cancel. If you try to cancel online, you never receive the confirmation email and your card continues to be charged. Has anyone been able to contact Stripe to stop these charges? Otherwise your bank will need to block Stripe.

Scam! Do not sign up for a free trial. They will continue to charge you monthly regardless and do not reply to any emails

It is so easy to use! Kids absolutely love the apps recommended! It helps them learn something new
