The Fort Collins Location Is Awful
Update - The store manager reached out to me, apologized, and did everything in her power to try and make this right. She seemed sincere and genuinely interested in correcting this.
I stand by my original review. I wouldn't recommend doing business here.
However, I respect the fact that she tried and this review would be incomplete without sharing that information.

Let me tell you what this absolutely PATHETIC excuse of a business did...
Today is my wife's birthday. So I ordered her about $140 worth of flowers/treats that I knew she would enjoy to surprise her.
I placed this order well over a week ago, and they didn't even attempt to deliver it before sending me a message saying it couldn't be delivered. How do I know that they didn't attempt to deliver it? I've been home all day and I have a ring camera - no one even came to the door. And no I'm not up in the mountains or out in the country - I'm in a normal neighborhood (one they said they delivered to).
On top of that, I called them immediately (over a dozen times) to try to get this corrected and they DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE ONCE! I spend thousands a year on items like this - and now I'll be spending that with their competitors.
The things I outlined above are absolute table stakes of doing business... You know those basics like doing the work you were hired for, being responsive to your customers, improving upon the rest of the horrible feedback you've received on here, etc.
Some businesses make a mistake and deserve a redo - this is certainly not one of them (just read the other reviews).
It's simple. They're doing a HORRIBLE job and don't deserve your (or anyone's money). If you buy from them, don't expect it to show up on time... Don't expect it to show up at all (seriously it's review after review of how this location sucks).
There's nothing they can do to fix this - and I'll never forgive this business... It's absolutely inexcusable.
This business has no awareness, responsibility, or integrity.
Every single person working at this location today deserves to lose their job.
I invite you to join me in boycotting this location - we can only hope that within a year they go out of business (fingers crossed).
No chocolateI
I ordered a fruit bouquet for my 89 year old mother for Mother's Day. I specifically said NO CHOCOLATE because she is allergic. Instead she got a box of chocolate and pieces of unpeeled fruit that was not cut up which she is unable to handle. I complained to customer service but heard nothing. I would not recommend this company.

I can't believe how bad the service was with this company not only you cannot get a hold of them to see if and when your order comes but then the day after the anniversary this guy shows up with the order I asked why a day late his demeanor was we get busy, there wasn't a any empathy whatsoever of their failure to provide the service that they claim they have, I accepted the order anyway but I think they should give me not only a refund but I've written apology for the communication skills or lack of as far as I'm concerned they're out of my contact list

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was very dissatisfied three times in a row with these people. $50 for 12 chocolate dipped strawberries and they were very small. Ridiculous.. I’ve been ordering with these people for the past 4 years and it has gotten to be ridiculous!!! Prices rising and you’re not getting what you pay for anymore. It’s already a ridiculous price for 12 strawberries and now you’re putting the smallest berries in the box you can find!! My last time today ever ordering from these folks this is the store in Lafayette LA.
Worst E-Commerce gift experience ever!
Placed a Mother's Day order a week in advance for the Portland Oregon store on Glissan Avenue. Mom called on Mother's Day and noted she was surprised her grandkids did not send a gift or card. We followed with a call to the store and was given the run around. first told it was delivered and then told it was not but would be later in the day. Eddie at the store also assured us a free balloon would be added. A week later and no deliver or any follow up. Emails to the corporate site also go unanswered.
we have used Cheryl's Cookies and Sherri's Berries in the past and had rave reviews and praise from those who received them
Will never use Edible again as you have no way to know if the gift was ever delivered and the complete lack of any customer support is the final straw.
Mother’s Day Disappointment
First my edibles and flowers sent by my daughter came late. The edibles were delivered after Mother’s Day. Those tasted good. Aside from the fact that the wrapper had a strong order of cannabis. The flowers were delivered today 5/18/23. They were in poor shape. I had yo discard more than half of the flowers. Hence the 1 star rating. My advice do not order flowers.

I was trying to surprise my mom with something different for mother's Day this year and decided to try edible arrangements. I placed my order and it said it would be delivered the day before mother's Day. When I called Mom on mother's Day I asked her if she got anything from us and she said she hadn't. I then attempted to contact at all arrangements through their website and the only way you do that is to write into them and they will get back with you. I received a call 2 days after mother's Day regarding my order and said that corporate had not shut off orders. They would happily give me a credit voucher for $125% of my purchase or give me extra dips strawberries. If it's a corporate issue, corporate should be taken care of their problem. Instead of making the franchisee take care of it. It's a franchise error, then they should be taken care of it. Much more generously than dipped strawberries. This was my first time using edible arrangements and it will be my last.
Horrible
I placed an order two weeks before Mother's Day and scheduled the delivery date for the 14th( Mother's Day) I called the District Heights store (710)at 11:00 am and was informed it was out for delivery. I called from 1:00 pm- 7:00 pm. No answer and no delivery. My mother and sister did not get their gifts. I have to wait until Monday to get an answer. I want a full refund. Mother's Day is over, and I no longer need the baskets.

I placed a order on 5/11/23 to be delivered today (5/13/23) at the South Boston store. The order #W0113310367-1 was for a fruit basket for Mother's Day. While I was placing the order, a pop-up of possible coupons appeared that might offer complimentary additional items to add-on to the order. A offer for the "Free Chocolate dipped strawberries appeared", so I figured I'd throw those into the order a well since it was complimentary free code. At the completion of my order, everything appeared with the original order, including the complimentary strawberries to be delivered. Why did I get a call at 10:30am from the delivery driver asking me where to deliver the order, when it was specified in complete detail to deliver to the "Right Side Basement Apartment"?!? Okay...I get it! He simply did not read the delivery instructions completely...Fair enough! But then why did the delivery driver ask me whether he could leave the fruit basket in front of the door without even knocking, or ringing the bell to see if the recipient was even home (which of course she was)?!? 🤔 So anyway... the recipient contacted me after she received the basket. Then of course, the complimentary strawberries dipped in chocolate weren't included withe the order. I contacted the store immediately and reported the mistake. Would you believe the store employee told me that I had to come into the store to receive the chocolate dipped strawberries!?! I couldn't believe it!!! I'm already having a order delivered, and the store couldn't simply ADD the strawberries into the order!!! Not to mention it never specified anything upon completion of the order about coming to the store to pick up the strawberries individually. The customer service to rectify the issue wasn't even applied in any manner! My LAST time using this company period!!!!

So my husband placed a 200$ order three days before Valentine’s Day this year 2023 and it was marked delivered at 7pm on Valentine’s Day I get it that’s probably the biggest day of the year for this company but the service i received was absolutely ridiculous and outright horrible my husband ordered milk chocolate covered strawberries a teddy bear three balloons some twix cheese cakes and some milk chocolate coated fruit not only did I have to go pick this up in the middle of a blizzard all of the items were old and I don’t mean had just sat out for a day the strawberries were leaking out of the chocolate which means they let it sit out get warm then threw them back in the fridge to form back up they did try to make up for it by throwing in a whole bunch of old food end of story my husband spent 200$ on something that these people really could’ve cared less about I’ll never ever shop with this company again no matter the location if you’re going to sell something make sure it’s fresh and YOU DELIVER I don’t care if door dash made a mistake when I spoke to the manager it was oh I’ll give you more food the point is the chocolate was dark chocolate and all of the stuff was thrown away besides the bear and the two balloons I actually received when my husband paid for 3 but they weren’t tied correctly so one flew off before I even left the parking lot it was ridiculous and I’m still upset about it the cheesecakes were so old and had been handled so much they were melted in the boxes the brownies were so so so old that they “threw” in also the lady that was in that day had a bad bad mouth telling me yesterday was hell blah blah blah even as far as to insulting the people she worked with the store looked so run through it was really sad to see an establishment that’s supposed to be so classy like that I didn’t get what I paid for and then got more things I didn’t pay for to compensate for the other things it was disgusting and all went in the trash so my husband spent 200$ on a teddy bear and two balloons unfortunately none of the other things looked even the slightest bit okay at all so we couldn’t touch it as a family but on the website everything they “have in stock” is guaranteed fresh biggest joke ever man also this was supposed to be posted in February and it was in drafts so it’s just now being posted for whatever reason I wish I would’ve gotten the things I ordered instead I got things I couldn’t even eat which is the real issue and 3 days before Valentine’s Day is a good 72hour notice of an order I am a baker myself and could’ve had this all done myself within that time frame I’m just upset it ended like this I wish I had taken pictures of the store and what shape it was in because I’ve never been in a business that looked this run down for no reason other than it was snowing

The store hasn't been in touch after both the recipient and I have contacted them.
Mistakes happen but the lack of response and no resolution speaks volumes about this business. Spend your money somewhere else.
Never Again
Wanted to order something nice for my daughters. All in different places. We ordered Thursday before Easter and the listing said no problem for Saturday before...for $29.99. Too much but we did it. We never got a receipt for delivery like the other girls...so went on the website and it said Monday via Fed Ex...If I had known it was going to be shipped I never would have ordered. The package was soaked, all the edibles were thrown around, wet and looked disgusting. Doesn't matter about the refund...a blown opportunity and terrible product and service for an already overpriced gift. Never again

on March 15 2023 I had the pleasure of speaking with Zach on the phone, not only was he very sweet but also very helpful. Not only did he grant my request for a delivery for the same day at 3:00pm. he also had the piece made and delivered within 30 min. with a picture of the delivery. He went above and beyond for me. Thank you for the amazing service and the delicious fruit, the receiver was so happy.
Incomplete Order / Being Ignored
I placed an order for a fruit platter and added a balloon bundle to it for my daughter. Order number was W2008353300-1. All of the balloons never made it. I contacted Edible Arrangements customer service 2 times and all I got was an automated response saying that someone from the store where the order came from would contact me. Well, no one ever did. They are unprofessional and do not care about their customers. I will never order from them again. They are truly a sad company. Do Not Order from them.

Edible Arrangements is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The product they delivered was nothing like what was advertised, and the quality was terrible! The fruit was not fresh and the presentation was subpar.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They only get 1 out of 5 stars on the Better Business Bureau website, and I can see why. Furthermore, their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and if I could give them a lower rating than 1 star, I would. Avoid Edible Arrangements at all costs!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!
BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order on 2/28 for a delivery on 3/1. The order total was $124.97 and the order said that it had to be shipped via Fed Ex even though we have a local Edible Arrangements. It didn't make sense to me but I was in a pinch and had to place the order. The order was set up to be delivered to an Elementary School and was actually delivered to the loading dock at the district that was unmanned at the time of delivery so the order was placed on the ground, not signed for, and not found until the end of the day that it was delivered. So instead of the order being delivered to the office of the Elementary School that was requested on the order so that my Niece could receive her gift from us it was found at the end of the day and to top it off there was never a card put on the order our Niece didn't even know that it was us that sent her the gift. This was such a waste of money and a big disappointment. Today I called the Customer Service line to express my concerns and to ask for rectification and the rep told me that because the order was shipped via Fed Ex nothing could be done regarding the order. So much for Customer Service. Steer clear of this company. There are several of other companies to order from out there. I wish I would have chosen another.

So disappointed. Mass confusion. Ordered an arrangement paid extra for same day delivery. Rang the bell, they called me indicating nobody was home, I requested to just leave it, they could not, so I was planning on picking it up from the store and delivering it myself. The note on the door said "2nd" attempt which was not accurate. I then received a call from the store indicating the driver was able to sync up with my wife and the delivery was successful. I was not home last night, but today, a day after, I get a call again from the store, indicating they attempted to deliver today. HUH? I told them I was told yesterday it was delivered. Too much energy involved. The occasion had passed and still dont have the arrangement.
