I would give zero stars if possible
I would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I placed an order as a gift for delivery to mark a special occasion. I requested it be delivered in the morning because it was going to someone at a school. I checked the tracking throughout the morning and it always said, "Out for delivery. Five stops away." Literally, for seven hours that's what the tracking showed. I called midday only to get a voicemail saying, "If you are calling about an existing order, please hang up and check the order status online." Checking status online wasn't helpful. I stayed on the phone and was hung up on four times before I finally got someone. I explained that the school closes at 3pm and the order needed to arrive before then. I was told they would try but no guarantees. Interestingly, the online status changed to "Delivered" at 2:57pm. However it had not been delivered. It was finally delivered at 3:45pm and was no longer chilled and the chocolate had melted off the fruit in December. I called the store to complain and was immediately hung up on three times before someone came on the line. I was told they have proof it was delivered at 2:30pm. I know that is false because I went to the school at 3:15pm and it was not there. Unbelievable that a National chain would go to such lengths of deception to cover up their poor service. I will never order from Edible Arrangements again.
Product delivered inedible, no customer service
I ordered a birthday gift for someone. Despite having the correct address and claiming they don't deliver to a neighbor in the event that you aren't home, they delivered to the wrong person at the wrong building. When the correct recipient eventually got the present from her security guard it was melted and inedible. I have tried contacting them multiple times and nobody will get back to me.

I would rate 0 if it allowed.I ordered my husband a BDay basket for his Bday and the store called twice to say that they were out of certain things(this basket cost over a 100 dollars)and that I just had to get what they had.Ok fine it’s already paid for and I had no other options(which is terrible customer service on their behave)so I told the employee(Ruby)that I needed delivery after 3 because we were working that day Well I guess she didn’t put it in the notes for the delivery driver and he came at 1 and called to say that he was going to just leave it on the porch I declined and I watched him on my cameras come back and snatch it off the porch and leave.I don’t know if they can find good staffing because the place is staffed with teenagers(with poor customer service)and the driver looks like he drinks heavily in his spare time.I will NEVER support this business again and I was a regular customer!!!!
Worst customer service line
Placed an order during the time the store was closed yet they were still listed as open and taking orders through website and Uber eats. Put in a request for a refund and got a message stating the store manager would “review” in 48 hours to see if i could get my money back. Tried to call customer service and was on hold for over 30 minutes which is ridiculous for an overpriced fruit company. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen or received. Charging all that money for some fruit but can’t properly communicate with your customers who keep you in business. I will never order again in my life!!!!
Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money. This company is a fraud! I ordered an arrangement and paid $120. What they sent did not look anything like what was shown on their website. I would not even pay $40 for what was sent let alone $120. They embarrassed me in front of my friend, her husband and her family. They think because, as a sender, you do not get to see what was sent they can get away with cheating you out. I brought this matter to their attention and it fell on deaf ears!

Ordered from Ireland for family in DC. It's a total hit, fresh fruit and cookies, generous chocolate dip, plus lovely delivery guy who rang ahead, super pleasant. Ordered on Fri afternoon and delivered on sat in 2 lovely boxes. When she sent me photos i realised the full order wasn't filled (a box of pecans were forgotten), which was annoying ! I logged a complaint, and I was refunded the difference back to my account
immediately. I think we hit very lucky with the DC operation as the reviews here are awful for other locations. Its an expensive purchase so Im glad it was high quality products . Its a very smart product and in this instance great delivery service

wrong delivery
Order was not delivered on requested date. Delivered a week early. Tried to contact the store that took the order requesting a reason. I have attempted multiple times. Finally received a call and was told they need to contact recipient to confirm delivery date and the store would call me again. Did not get another call. I called store and was told they transferred order to another store and it was my responsibility to try to contact that store. I reminded the person that my order was placed with them and it is their place to find out why the wrong delivery. The store has ignored all my requests for answers. This is in CT

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They don’t answer the phone and the corporate I called hung up on me twice. It took me over 3 hours to situate an order for my father’s birthday. I ordered a $75 arrangement for same day delivery on the website. So immediately I called the store fulfilling my order to check/verify and she told me she sees the order but does NOT have the transfer paperwork, so she told me to call ALL their locations in San Antonio, find who has it and ask them fax it to her. She also said they have no boxes, so I asked if we could use something smaller or bigger or different and she said there’s no boxes…wasn’t possible to do. That was about the time when she started YELLING at me and then just hung up on me! I was like shaking after that call….this was important that

So I begin call every store to see who has it. finally an associate named Lettie told me that it isn’t my job to be calling around and furthermore everything that woman told me was incorrect. That she does HAVE the correct paperwork.and mentioned that that store has been having extreme issues and they many boxes different boxes to accommodate my dads order. She very nice and mentioned I should call corporate. I call and explain the situation to Torique, he called that store several times and no answer.. He then canceled my order and gave me a refund then the phone hangs up. I call back and reach Kahela this time, I asked if we could call the store together; and someone named Fernando answered. (I’m at 3 hours on phone by this time) He said he was the closest thing to a manager….he explained they have no boxes, helium, or birthday balloons. I’m shocked at this point because THIS is who is doing my dad’s order. Then tells me my order is canceled so I need to make a new order and pay for that. I did that over the phone with him, so I just paid for whatever at this point. It was another $75, Im shocked they didn’t take care of something for all the trouble…NEVER GOING BACK!
Not delivered when promised
Not delivered when promised, excuses were no drivers available. Order came the evening of the next day after multiple phone calls to manager. The fruit was old and translucent with water. We made 5 phone calls to the Battleground Avenue Greensboro store with no resolution. On the delivery day, I was told tray was ready but no one to deliver so they would prepare a new one. That did not happen. I have pictures of the poor watery fruit. First issue with this company but will never use again or recommend. My daughter, who had had surgery, this was a get-well gift from her 90-year-old grandmother. The company sent me a reference number for the complaint, but I never had a follow-up from them.

Very disappointed with the store on Lake Washington. My online order was delivered but incomplete. It was missing two items. Multiple attempts to reach them by phone and email went unanswered. I do not recommend this store/company.
Amazing Stephanie of Clearwater, Florida
The Clearwater, Florida team was very responsive. Kudos to Stephanie! She was polite, accommodating, and made sure to contact the unresponsive St. Petersburg team. Above all, she was considerate. When she heard that the call is international from the Philippines, she told me to call back after 20 minutes to follow-up with the other branch. I didn’t need to call though. Our order was delivered immediately. :)
The only con is that the cake is small. I wish it was bigger. Other than that, the rest of the products ordered were good: balloon, box of chocolates, and dedication card. My boss and his family was very happy.
Edible does not stand behind their Franchise name
I ordered a $129 large size fruit arrangement for my daughter's Birthday. When she sent me pictures, it was nothing like the size and looks that I ordered.
It looked like a $45 small fruit arrangement. When I called,I got nothing but a run around, and the franchise support was no help whatsoever. I will never ever order from them again. It's so sad that they can actually get away with this

They took my hard earned money... for an arraingement that was supposed to be for a birthday today!! they happily charged my card and NEVER DELIVERED ANYTHING. I will be contacting my bank to fight the charge for a service that was NEVER DONE!!! Failed to deliver / No Updates
Failed to deliver; Failed to provide timely updates; Failed to talk to a real person; Could not get thru on any number I called. This was to be filled by the store in Des Plaines IL - but not answer. The absolute bottom of the tier customer service. I will NEVER use this service again and caution anyone about using the service. By the way - they take the money before they deliver the product so you may have to report the transaction as fraud to get your refund.

Ordered online the night before Father’s Day with guaranteed delivery. I contacted the local store in Milwaukee at 1:45pm to inquire on an approximate delivery time and was greeted by a very rude inpatient lady who said she couldn’t give me a time. Her frustration was very obvious on the phone, maybe an extremely busy day, no doubt, but as a first time customer I didn’t expect that and furthermore didn’t deserve to be talked to in that manner for simply trying to adjust my plans according to the delivery time. The website guarantees same day delivery and that’s why I place the order in the first place. Costumer service needs major improvement!
Received the delivery at 5:36 pm and it was disappointing to say the least. I paid $112 for old/bruised fruit. Nothing looked fresh and nobody ate anything besides the chocolate covered strawberries as all was covered. No fresh fruit taste at all!!! I could’ve bought better tasting and fresh chocolate covered strawberries from my local grocery store for a fraction of the price. Very disappointing! Waste of money. I will never order again and would never recommend to anyone.

So Nice, Helpful, and Efficient! 2 Thumbs Up! Goes Above and Beyond and the EXTRA mile. She even rerouted my order as there was a Mix-Up with the delivery date ( NO Fault of Edible Arrangements)! HIGHLY recommend them and will DEFINITELY use again!

Edibile Arrangment Delivers a Dead Flower Bouquet for Birthday Gift!
This afternoon Edible Arrangements of Brentwood, Tennessee delivered me a bouquet of dead flowers with slimy and rotted stems in a lovely bouquet bag! The delivery man, against my express wishes and without my permission, insisted upon taking a photograph. This was a clear invasion of my privacy, which presents a potentially dangerous situation for any customer.
When I removed the flowers from the bag and paper, petals and dead leaves began falling off. How very disappointing! (The flowers were to have been a birthday gift from a dear niece).
I contacted the local Brentwood Edible Arrangements store and spoke with someone named “S.K,” who said that she would refund the money to my niece’s credit card. We’ll see!
I am so very disappointed and troubled by this experience,

Stay Far away from this location! Placed an order and was charged for it - supposed to be ready at 10 am, but no one there. Staff casually walking in with their Starbucks well after 10:20 am. Hung up on by staff (3 times) and OWNER who tried to say, "she was coming off of a busy weekend." Who cares? Don't run a business! So unprofessional. She'll be out of business soon with that attitude. A REFUND BETTER BE COMING BACK! OWNER REFUSED TO FULFILL ORDER!
Same day delivery, 3 days in and still not delivered
Ordered on Monday morning, paid for same day delivery. Got a call at noon from the store telling me they were over loaded and asked if they could deliver Tomorrow. I said sure, but its going to an important customer. No movement on my order through Tuesday. Here we are Wednesday morning and I just received the email conformation of my order, not out for delivery, not delivered... just a conformation of my order. I will never use Edible Arrangements again. Paid a fortune for terrible service.
