Decking boards
Product was very good and particularly the fact that it came in long lengths so I didn't have to make any joins. Delivery was as per schedule with a very friendly and engaging delivery guy. Bigger project looming in the future and will definitely use again

Some of the timber that we bought as…
UPDATE - Edecks have swiftly replaced the faulty timber free of charge.
One of the timber handrails has quite big gouges where knots of wood were.
Was expecting that these would be nice and smooth but we are going to have to fill them for safety

My original delivery went to the wrong address08
I had a problem with the delivery of my decking base. It was actually delivered to the incorrect address. I contacted Edecks customer services and spoke to Danny who searched the delivery and noticed the error. He said he would look at getting it pick up and delivered to me. A couple of days passed so I contacted him again. He told me that decks would resend the decking pack asap as I had told him that I would be away at the end of the week. I called him again yesterday for an update and he assured me that the delivery would be either today or tomorrow he also agreed to send me 2 boxed of deck screws as a good will gesture for the delay. Iam pleased to say that at 8.30 this morning my wood had arrived but with only 1 box of screws. I called and spoke to Danny to let him know that my order had arrived and about the 1 box of screw. Without even pausing he said that he was sorry for the short delivery of screw and that was going to send another one by next day delivery.
Can I say that having worked in the retail sector for over 35 years, Danny's l3vel of customer service was second to none. He dealt with the issue in a very polite and professional manner and the rapid response to the issue was exceptional. Thanks again Danny for all your efforts in keeping the customer happy. Good luck for the future. Mr Connolly

Matchboard planks were left unwrapped on damp grass
Matchboard planks were left in a loose unwrapped pile on damp morning grass. No one knocked at my door or texted to let me know about the arrival. I found it when I went outside in the morning. I moved the pile inside my shed to lay straight but I had to discard about 10 boards that were stained and did not dry out. This is wasteful and I hope I have enough planks to complete the project.

You keep asking for a review so here it is. It’s a good product just a shame about the amount of spam I now receive from the company. Stop sending me emails that I shouldn’t have to opt out of.

Good Chunky Decking!
Opted for the 32mm chunky decking in 3m lengths plus a few accessories. Decent quality and all lengths were exactly 3m long which was good as I was cutting them up into 1m lengths to make a walkway.
Great service from delivery driver as well.
