Love it!
We have been considering the purchase of a mobile air-con unit for a couple of years, but thought it would only be needed for a couple of days a year. The heat waves of this year spurred us on to purchase. We've only had it for a few days, but we LOVE IT! We wish we had bought one earlier. Multi functional and remote control - What's not to love.

was delivered on its side and feedback on the time of delivery was missing.
allowed to stand upright for several hours.
used appropriate screwdriver to attach parts as indicated, attached required pipes.
tried exhaust through large opening window - satisfactory cooling.
tried exhaust through small opening window and feel thats a more secure solution.
the bottom drain position is a bit of a pain.

Always been pleased with my eco air…
Always been pleased with my eco air unit, and was very pleasantly surprised when Simon explained clearly and quickly what was the meaning of the fault code it has started to display. Very pleased with the response especially as mine is quite an old machine now.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had some questions prior to purchasing Ecofan standing fan. My call was answered and helpfully dealt with, which lead to me placing my order. Afterwhich I had some delivery timing issues and once again I contacted Ecoair and explained and they accommodated. I contacted this company multiple time. Each time I had prompt, helpful and efficient and polite responses. Their products are great. Between my partner and I we have 3 Ecoair fans Between us. They are quiet but powerful and the remote control is a game changer at the moment with the UK heatwave!!!

The product is excellent. We already had two but one had a fault. We decided to send it back for repair. The bureaucracy in your new system is insane. I had to complete a firm to have it collected for repair and pay for that. Then a form to have the service/repair carried out and pay for that. Then a form to have it delivered back and pay for that. This is crazy, make it simpler

Really good fast service.
Already had one of the Ecoair fans and was exceptionally quiet with good performance .
Haven’t yet tried the kinetic one as it has not been needed yet.
