A unique selling point did it for me!
The ‘no extra charge for monthly premium payments’ is a game changer, as well as the £130 donation to a church or charity of our choice. There was no pressure from the associate on the phone: rather a sense that he genuinely sought to serve our best interests.

Helpful and understanding
Ecclesiastical understand the particular circumstances of a church minister's home and provide cover accordingly. When we recently had to make a claim, they were incredibly helpful.

The most personal and caring Insurance Company around!
I cannot recommend this company enough - and for many years have been doing so!
On contacting them you are almost immediately speaking to a warm and empathetic real human being! They follow through your query/claim with kindness and superb efficiency. They listen with real care about the situation and could not be more kind or helpful. Any claims are dealt with immediately and with personal updates keeping you informed.
To us these things are priceless. We have known them for many years and it is always the same. We have now stopped looking at cheaper quotes - any extra we might pay is worth every single penny!
