We made due as we were traveling and needed to use them, but they are not exactly like the ones we ordered several years ago that we use at home.

Easy to order items but hard to return them.
Ordering and delivery was fine--no complaints. But returning items for refund or exchange is my problem with Easy Comforts. All the other catalog companies I order from have preprinted return labels that can be picked up by U.S.P.S. or UPS. Easy Comforts requires me to make my own return label, figure the postage price, apply stamps, and mail it from my post office. I no longer drive,and it's challenging to get to my p.o. Easy Comforts should use a return option with preprinted adhesive postage-charge defined stated label, that can be picked up by one's postal carrier.

Thank you for your feedback. I cannot apologize enough for the delay due to the backorder. We are working on getting that stock in form the supplier and sometimes dates will change according to what they have updated with us. I am so sorry for the change in dates and understand the frustrations. Stay tuned as a shipping confirmation email will be sent when it has left our warehouse.
Please note since this item is shipping directly from the vendor it will take 2-3 weeks for delivery once it does come back into stock.
