A slick professional service.
Excellent service from Eastwood Sound & Vision. Responsive, and communicated well throughout my purchase (License Key). An accidental Typo meant I was sent an incorrect key, One Email resolved it straight away. A smooth and easy transaction, from pleasant helpful owner/staff. Recommended.

Great Customer Service, Good Price
Good to be able to buy from an independent company, with that personal touch. They offered me a better price than their competition & a really friendly, helpful ordering experience. Great communication, leaves me feeling that should there be any problems (there aren't) they would be handled in the same friendly, helpful, efficient manner. Thank you.

Very good! 👍🏽
My experience was impressive. Everything went very well, Pro Tools works great, and they helped me perfectly with redeeming the license for my products. They showed a lot of patience and were always very communicative via email.
I have made several purchases and renewals with them and I will definitely use them again!
Greetings from Spain.

Using the RME MADIface USB Interface…
Using the RME MADIface USB Interface for the first time is a bit like going on a first date with a really pretty girl — you go in with high hopes, a little nervous energy, and then everything just clicks.
From the moment you plug it in, there’s that feeling of instant chemistry. No awkward pauses, no guessing games — it just works, seamlessly and smoothly, like good conversation that flows naturally. You can’t help but smile when you realise how effortless it all feels, and suddenly you’re wondering why you ever put up with less reliable company before.
The clarity and precision of the MADIface USB is like that sparkle in her eyes — crisp, undeniable, and absolutely captivating. You notice details you’d never picked up before, the same way you notice little things about someone special that keep you hooked and wanting more.
And just like a first date that leaves you buzzing with excitement on the way home, the MADIface USB makes you want to dive back in straight away. It’s compact, elegant, and surprisingly powerful — the whole package. You can tell this isn’t just a fling; this is the start of a long, reliable relationship.
In short: the RME MADIface USB Interface doesn’t just meet expectations — it charms, impresses, and leaves you genuinely excited for the next session.
