Your arrogance here just shows how you deal with low value cases. You have no defence to my claims, but your attitude is for others to judge from the other positive reviews instead. Those reviews are obviously when you received higher fees, so that's your priority. I just want to warn others about your working practices.
You also say it's the sixth time of making a reply, but this isn't sent to your company directly. It's a review that I'm entitled to make, but you've taken it upon yourself to answer.
When I did make a complaint directly, you didn't bother to assist in any way, and it took me a lot of time trying to get you to drop the fees you expected to get back from the following solicitor that I was fortunate to find to take on the case.
You dropped my case, all because I showed my dissatisfaction as to how it was being handled, although my employer had admitted liability for my accident.
You never even told me that those fees would continue, because all Osborne said was that I was free to find another solicitor.
You treated me with no respect and complete lack of Proffesionalism.
If anybody reading this uses this company for a low value case, and they receive no contact for the first two months, then beware.
If you question their actions, they are likely to drop your case, and you'll be unlikely to find another solicitor to take on your case. That's because they can legally add on fees for shabby work already done.
The truth is that you shouldn't take on low value cases. Stick to selling people's houses, because reviews show you are better at doing that.

I would like to thank Stuart Osborne and Easthams Solicitors for all their help and support throughout my personal injury claim. Stuart was always helpful, professional and patient when explaining everything to me, and he kept me updated throughout the process.
