Bad shuttle service, had to uber to get to airport.
Dirty slimy lobby. I had proof of insurance and a policy number but they said that wasn't good enough. So they made me pay for there insurance. They got my $33.00 but they will never get my business again!

Easirent – Orlando (MCO Airport) – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I booked a rental car through American Express Travel and unfortunately had the worst rental experience I have ever encountered with Easirent at the Orlando airport location.
Upon arrival, we were told to “take a number and sit down.” We waited over one hour just to be helped. The staff was not welcoming, engaging, or professional. During the transaction process, staff frequently spoke in their own language to colleagues while assisting customers, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I was not informed in advance that I would need to provide a copy of my personal car insurance declaration page to prove coverage. Had I known, I would have brought it with me. Without it, I was pressured to purchase their insurance coverage.
Additionally, I was told I had two toll options:
Pay $15 per day in advance
Or be billed $25 per day by the State of Florida
Later, I discovered that this information was inaccurate. The pricing structure felt misleading and excessive.
The vehicle itself was unacceptable:
Dirty interior
9-inch black scratch on the trunk
Large dent on the hood
I reported the damage immediately, yet staff showed little concern. It is unacceptable to be given a visibly damaged vehicle without proper acknowledgment or resolution.
Overall, this company appears to engage in misleading pricing practices and provides poor customer service. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and following up with American Express Travel regarding this experience.
I strongly encourage others to read reviews carefully before booking.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I booked a full-size SUV, but despite arriving on time, they gave me a mid-size. No apology offered, and the car was hardly clean. Avoid at all costs. The office is filthy.

If I could give this place a 0 review, or even negative, I would. First of all they take FOREVER to answer the call. I had to request a late pick up as my flight was delayed. Before my pick up time, I kept on calling them and calling them and they would nottt answer and I was no showed. Then I was told if I wait by the shuttle station every, 15-20 mins the shuttle service comes to pick customers up, guess what? NOBODY DID. I WAS ALONE IN AN UNKNOWN CITY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. Customer service will still not pick up the phone and when they finally did they were rude AF. On top of that, we did not even get the car we requested. When I finally ubered to one of their location, they asked me if I want to pay for insurance and waive collision damage as well which I had to pay extra for. I said yes, I paid extra for collision waiver and $40 a day for insurance. We got rear ended. Then they took my insurance info saying I am liable even though I PAID FOR INSURANCE. FINE. The customer service was again rude af (this one was in person). I kept on asking him why did I pay extra for insurance and he said, I do not care, I need a claim from your insurance which I then did. After charging money for insurance, and extra money for collision waiver they had the audacity to keep my deposit as well!! I tried to contact customer service who then said I need to contact their case manager. I did. TWO CASE MANAGER. NONE OF THEM ANSWERED. I left an urgent voicemail and STILL HAVE NOIT HEARD BACK. This company need to be prepared for some wild legal actions they will be facing if this is how they be scamming people.

First impression not great!
I loved the way its setup with resonable prices. However if you are in travel you need your rentals to be smooth. We waited almost an hour on shuttle pickup, and after trying 4-5 times the call was in waiting for more than 20 mins, and shuttle arrived when we were about to give up.
Customer service is rude
My flight landed at 11pm in which they closed at 11pm. I booked through a third party (booking.com) and was not notified that they would be closed but they still accepted the reservation for 11 pm. We waited for a shuttle that never came and was stuck at the airport. The next day called to see if I could still get the car I reserved and the customer service were rude and unhelpful. They told us they don’t reach out to customers about reservations and closures. They said that we should have looked at the website for closing time. They didn’t even act like they cared that it happened to us. They gave our cars away and we had to settle for smaller car for the same price with less days. They didn’t attempt to accommodate us the smallest bit.

Excellent service! Best car rental service I’ve worked with. It was a blessing that I found them when I did as I had issues with another popular rental service. I will continue to use thier services everytime I fly into Orlando from here on out and look for the name at other locations when I need a rental. I highly recommend this company.

⭐ 1 Star – SCAM, HIDDEN CHARGES, AND DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES
EasyRent is, without exaggeration, one of the worst car rental companies I have ever dealt with. Their business model seems to be confusing customers and charging them for things they never agreed to.
At the counter, they pressure you, give misleading explanations, and later you discover random and unjustified charges on your credit card.
In my case:
• I was charged for a glass and tire protection that I NEVER authorized.
• I was charged USD 100 for supposedly “refusing insurance”, which is a complete lie. I explicitly agreed to leave a USD 250 security deposit on my credit card, which they accepted.
• On top of that, I was charged AGAIN for an insurance that I had already paid in advance online. That is a blatant double charge.
This is not a mistake or miscommunication — this is an intentional scam.
When you complain, they avoid responsibility and hope you give up.
DO NOT RENT FROM EASYRENT.
You will end up paying far more than what they advertise, dealing with hidden fees, and wasting time fighting to get your money back.
EasyRent = hidden charges, lies, and customer abuse.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I have been renting with easirent for months now and never had an issue. This location is very different then all other locations. The spanish lady working in the register is very insolent, rude and will try to scam you. The rental price will be three to four times the amount that you paid in the website. I recommended easirent to all my friends and co-workers, but after visiting this location, I will never rent with easirent nor my close people. Scam.

Stay far away from this place! They are horrible. My cost was way higher than the Priceline and in addition to that they charged extra cost I didn’t need. The counter representative lied about the coverages. My card had an additional $600.00 in charges. Now I’m waiting for a refund. I do not see those charges even pending! I will be disputing them with my bank. My bank has a pretty fast turnaround when it comes to refunds posting. I don’t even think this company is holding up to their promise of refund. Do not rent from them. Also google them. You will see other similar complaints
Beware of extra charges not mentioned online when "reserving"
I pre-paid $70 for my car "reservation" thinking that what I paid was the total price (which is what it stated on the website) only to arrive and pay an ADDITIONAL $119 for my rental car. Still not a bad price "all in" but it could've/should've been communicated better on the website. The in person agent was nice but told me that there was a "mandatory" $50 insurance on the car that HAD to be paid. Meanwhile, I have FULL insurance, from GEICO, AND on the credit card I made the reservation with. Everything seemed like an upsell. Not too happy with all the "surprises" and not sure that I'll be a returning customer. Definitely room for improvement. Otherwise, everything else was average.
