I had an issue with my credit card and…
I had an issue with my credit card and had to delay the booking. This wasn’t an issue with the company. I dropped the car back to the wrong car park and Easirent collected it the next day. Very helpful.

You are supposed to call them and they will pick you up on a shuttle to collect the car. Called on arrival, phone engaged for 20 minutes. Took a taxi to their office, arrived 5 minutes before they closed, however, office closed. We were left stranded. They did upgrade our car for the inconvenience, however, it did not make up for the cost of being stranded overnight in Liverpool airport and missing our engagement the next day.
On return of the car, a gangster of a man was very aggressive and rude, not even asked whether we were happy with the car and then tried to charge us £5 to take us to the airport. It is just luck that I am from Liverpool originally, as I managed to find somewhere to sleep that night, imagine been left high and stranded at midnight in a place you don't know,I would hate to think what foreign visitors would think of this service, Liverpool services are much better than this sham. And shame on expedia for promoting such terrible companies

Got the car walked around everything fine,then on Monday got to work I had the wheels turned and noticed the front two tyres were bald!! On the inside! I phoned company and they asked me to get them changed.So I had to do this on work time!Three days driving on bald tyres I asked for the insurance money for three days as the insurance would have been void if I was in an accident. 6 points if I’ve been pulled over…the manager DAN was asked me for photos which I’ve tried to send on the complaint page but doesn’t let you send so his email reply was no photos case closed!!!!!! Now I’m going to trading standards. Don’t use this company
Extortionate fees
I previously thought this company was ok, now I understand all the negative reviews. Charged me £55 to basically forward a traffic charge to me, of course it’s hidden in the small print! £55 seems incredibly severe, double the actual fine. I had a similar issue with Avis except they didn’t charge any fee. Shame as I was a repeat customer of easirent, now I’ll go elsewhere.
It’s a shame that companies like this have the view that they have to take advantage unfairly of customers to succeed.

Headlights weren't aligned so couldn't see the country roads where I was driving through properly.
Van needed a clean and warning signals appearing on instrument panel constantly.

Pleasant rental experience
Vehicle wasn't ready when I arrived so we wasted a bit of time switching to another couple. That was the only minor issue, the staff were pleasant, the check in and handover process went really smoothly.

Well I used one week was £319 and wanted to use next week had to pay £370 and o got a friend a van for same amount of time and they paid £300 the price difference is unacceptable to say the least and went to pick up a van today after reserving it! Sorry we don’t have it!!!!

Excellent customer service
Hired a car from the Speke office on arrival to the UK from Australia. Friendly and easy service from the guys on the desk. Unfortunately the car was hit outside the house last night by another car that skidded on the ice. I called the office first thing this morning and by 2 pm this afternoon the care had been taken away and another one brought to the house. Cannot thank these guys enough, especially Paul who I dealt with. The customer service I have received and the help has been second to none. I have got my dad in hospital so was desperate for a car and they did not disappoint sorting me out in less than 24 hours! Thank you Paul and the guys at Drivalia Speke office.
