We offer as no hassle FIXED FEE service so that you know how much it will cost you BEFORE you start. No hidden extras and no surcharges for phone calls, emails etc. We believe that communication is key to success. We aim to have your application ready for submission in 7 working days after receiving all requested documents into your personal electronic Dropbox. This includes your E2 Visa business plan and financial projections if they are required for your application. We do not subscribe to the position of providing useless paperwork to make it appear a bigger and therefore better application, these days less is more and many embassy's have now put a limit on either the amount of pages or the file size of an application. We have been through the process of the United states Immigration system and so we know the traumas that can occur during the process. We have been preparing E2 Visa applications for over15 years for clients looking to start or buy businesses from many parts of the world. We make ourselves contactable by Phone email and whatsapp. Everyone in the office has endured the immigration process and have first hand experience of living through it, with us you are not just a file number and we promise a personal service not just with the Visa application but in any other way we can help our client s experience the smoothest transition possible.

Forget using a fully pledged lawyer for more money, it mostly about understanding the law , the requirements and following the process.

Great service for a fraction of cost immigration lawyers
Carl guided me through my E2 Visa extension process in 2021. We worked together trough emails primarily to get all the documents lined up. What I liked the most about this approach is that I knew exactly what was in the petition and other paperwork since it was me who shipped the entire stack at the end, not some immigration lawyer assistant. I wanted to do the application myself, I just needed an expert guidance in the process and that is exactly what E2 Visa provided. Great service for a reasonable price.

E2 visa and Carl
E2 visa and Carl take all the pain out of applying for a visa for myself and my wife to move to Florida. It is a very in-depth task to complete but using Carl made the process pass quickly with the success of our visas being granted at the end of the application. Carl was available all the time, very quick to respond and super informative. Carl is currently applying for an E2 visa for my son with same professionalism as he did with ours. Thanks Carl you have been a great help.
