The worst experience i have ever encountered by a shop. After two months of waiting and countless phone calls they informed me that the product is not available. Everybody should avoid this shop as the experience is the worst you will get and possibly you will end up waiting for a product that will never come!

Selling use products as brand new then try to convince you they were brand new even though manufacturer says otherwise and video opening from youtube shows otherwise. Scammers avoid at all cost they are not what they used to be...

Μην σας τυχει ελατωματικη Ram.... μετα απο ''ελεγχο'' 2 εβδομαδων, τωρα θα παει Ευρωπη στην αντιπροσωπεια για νεο ελεγχο....

I ordered a monitor with delivery time "4-7 working days", pick up from their shop in order to avoid more delays and it finally arrived after 1 month of waiting. They never contacted me to inform me about progress of the order and delays, I had to call and mail them multiple times and I have to say customer service was really poorly trained, not having clear answers or even lying and rated low regarding professional communication, they clearly didnt care. Also upon payment they dont accept credit card installments. It seems this business goes down.

2-3 days was over 3 weeks..
order things with under 2-3 days availability.
after 3 weeks have not received them yet..

It was okay but my package was really late. They said they had a problem with the supplies and it came a week later while it said on the website that it would come after 3 days. I will order again because it was redally easy to order and I recommend it. However if you wantto buy something that is old (like AC the ezio collection which was my order) you will have to wait long. Also contact them with email.

Παράγγειλα δυο θερμοπομπούς στις 14 Οκτωβρίου 2025. Μέτα 15 μέρες τους παρέλαβα με αντικαταβολή άλλα ήταν κατεστραμμένοι από εξωτερικό χτύπημα .Με αποζημίωσαν στις 13 Ιανουαρίου 2026 μετά την αποστολή δεκάδων mail και τηλεφωνημάτων και αφού είχα κάνει καταγγελία στον Συνήγορο του Πολίτη , στη Γενική Γραμματεία Εμπορίου και τη Δίωξη Ηλεκτρονικού Εγκλήματος.

I ordered an item and it came the next day (to my surprise)..and here was the catch.. The salesman wanted to pass me an item that previously resold and returned for some reason. It was clearly reopened by someone before , no ducktape sealing, there was a sticker on one side with the address of someone and a price tag 5 euros cheaper, i could also see the product inside the package without the usual protective cloth. The salesman pretended to be surprised and that he has not noticed anything !!!!!!!!!!!!!! If i had not noticed and return it later, they would accuse me of opening the item . This was clear scam effort and i WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Εάν μπορούσα να βαθμολογήσω με μείον θα το έβαζα με μεγάλη άνεση.
Αγοράσαμε έναν εκτυπωτή τον Αύγουστο ο οποίος ήρθε ελαττωματικός τον επιστρέψαμε στο κοντινότερο κατάστημα από τη πόλη που μένουμε που είναι 190 χλμ κ μετά από 2 μήνες μας τον γύρισαν πίσω κάναμε πάλι 190 χλμ και ο εκτυπωτής δεν δούλευε καθόλου!
Ξανακάναμε τόσα χλμ για τον αφήσουμε πάλι μετά από 2 μήνες μας τον στείλανε πίσω και δεν μπορούν να μας βεβαιώσουν ότι το μηχάνημα θα δουλεύει επαρκώς.
Η εξυπηρέτηση τρισάθλια με μόνιμες απαντήσεις σας καταλαβαίνουμε αλλά δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε τίποτα!
Σας προτρέπω όλους να μην ξανά αγοράσετε τίποτα από αυτή την ας το πούμε εταιρεία και να κλείσει να τελειώνει!
Κοροϊδεύουν τον κόσμο.

I ordered an SSD that was supposed to be available within 5-7 days. After 20 days I contacted them and they said that the supplier was the one to blame for the delay and some delays later they informed me that they cannot provide the product. That was really devastating because due to ai the prices in these 30 days I waited sky rocketed and they did not offer a replacement at the same price!!! Very poor customer support I do not recommend it.

Ι cancelled my order before shipment after the product availability kept changing and delivery was postponed indefinitely.

Despite the valid cancellation and providing all required bank details, the refund was not issued within the legally required 14 calendar days, as mandated by EU consumer protection law.
Weeks later, no refund has been received.

When contacting the accounting department, I was told they “don’t know why the delay happened” and that “there is nothing I can do but wait”.

For a large retail chain, this is unacceptable.
Holding a customer’s money beyond the legal refund deadline is not a delay — it is a violation of consumer rights.

Απαράδεκτη Καθυστέρηση και Έλλειψη Ενημέρωσης - Μια Εμπειρία προς Αποφυγή!
​Είμαι υποχρεωμένος να γράψω αυτή την κριτική, καθώς η πρόσφατη εμπειρία μου με το eshop.gr ήταν απογοητευτική και εκνευριστική, ξεπερνώντας κάθε όριο ανοχής.
​Η Καθυστέρηση: Αριθμοί που Μιλούν
​Πραγματοποίησα μια παραγγελία με την προσδοκία μιας λογικής χρονικής παράδοσης, όπως άλλωστε διαφημίζεται. Ωστόσο, η πραγματικότητα ήταν εντελώς διαφορετική. Περίμενα πάνω από 15 εργάσιμες ημέρες —δηλαδή περισσότερο από τρεις ολόκληρες εβδομάδες— για να παραλάβω την παραγγελία μου.
​Αυτό το χρονικό διάστημα είναι απλά απαράδεκτο για ένα κατάστημα του μεγέθους και της φήμης του eshop.gr. Μια τέτοια καθυστέρηση υποδηλώνει σοβαρά προβλήματα στη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων ή/και στην οργάνωση των αποστολών.
​Η Ενημέρωση: Ολικό Κενό Επικοινωνίας
​Το πιο εκνευριστικό κομμάτι, πέρα από την τεράστια καθυστέρηση, ήταν η παντελής έλλειψη ενημέρωσης.
​Καμία προληπτική ενημέρωση μέσω email ή SMS για την καθυστέρηση.
​Καμία εκτίμηση νέας ημερομηνίας παράδοσης.
​Αναγκάστηκα να επικοινωνώ επανειλημμένα εγώ ο ίδιος για να μάθω τι συμβαίνει, σπαταλώντας τον δικό μου χρόνο και ενέργεια.
​Η αντιμετώπιση του πελάτη σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις είναι κρίσιμη. Όταν κάτι καθυστερεί, το ελάχιστο που απαιτείται είναι η άμεση και ειλικρινής ενημέρωση. Αυτό το θεμελιώδες κομμάτι της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών απουσίαζε εντελώς.
​Συμπέρασμα
​Η εμπειρία μου ήταν εξαιρετικά αρνητική. Το eshop.gr πρέπει να βελτιώσει άμεσα τη διαχείριση των παραγγελιών του και κυρίως την πολιτική ενημέρωσης πελατών.
​Συνιστώ σε όποιον χρειάζεται την παραγγελία του σε λογικό χρονικό πλαίσιο, να σκεφτεί σοβαρά άλλες επιλογές. Η αξιοπιστία στις παραδόσεις και η σωστή επικοινωνία είναι το Α και το Ω, και εδώ απέτυχαν παταγωδώς.

I ordered a ram from their site and after 2 weeks they told me that it is not available. After a few days I found that same ram on their website with a different price.

Please stay away from them. The products are rubbish

Don’t ever pay upfront.

If you live in Greece, with a physical store nearby the experience for small things is good. They arrive to the store within a couple of days.

The problem starts when the order is having bigger products and they have to ship them to your place. The delivery takes way longer than expected. The status for my order was that it was given to the courier for more than a week. I was waiting for 3-4 weeks to receive a product which was available in their site. When I asked for a cancellation, I had not update regarding my refund for 2 weeks. I had to reach out to them, and when I did they told me that they were waiting for the courier to bring back the order (which I never received) in order to start the refund process. I had to give them calls for two weeks before they decide to give me my money back. It took them 4 weeks to refund me the money from the day I requested the cancellation.

I dont even give eshop a i star but had to to comment.
Its the worst company to deal with, I spent $140.00NZ dollars product never arived, after numerus emails to them they blamed the courier etc .said it was lost and they would replace product, that was almost 3 months ago,they wont answer emails now. Dont deal with them.

Not even a shadow of its former self. Order a phone case. 16 days later no information. Emailed them and tgey said that they were expecting it in 2-3 days. A week later, same story. I emailed them to cancel the order and return the moment and they did not even flinch. Now, they still keep the money of the order, without providing either the order or a refund.

Avoid in every possible way.

Scammers Scammers. For sale clearance of dry fruits. I paid Rs.2000. Till date not delivered. Not money refunded.

Πανω απο ενα μηνα κοροιδια για προιον που και καλα θα ειχα σε μια εβδομαδα. Μηδεν επικοινωνια, με τρεναρανε για 34 ημερες. Μακρια απο τους απατεωνες.
