A company can only be judged by their customer service when things generally go well. The real test is how do they respond when things go wrong.
I accidentally raised an order a couple of days ago with the wrong delivery type, my bad, easy mistake but, no blame on ecig clouds here.
I call their support to say please cancel down the order, and I will raise another one with correct delivery, I just got back from holiday and ran out of everything so wanted something asap.
I called and was delighted to hear that they'd seen that I'd been a good customer ordering quite a lot and that they'd simply upgrade delivery and send the following day as a good will gesture. The person on the phone promised me that they'd personally make sure this would be followed through, sadly I didn't catch their name.
You can probably see where this is going, this never actually happened, and the order didn't even ship the next day, it shipped two days later with the standard delivery option, which is now anyone's guess as to when it is actually delivered.
There were two options that could have salvaged this, if they're not actually willing to follow through with their promises which would have been fantastic if they actually had, then instead, just cancel down the order as originally requested and we wouldn't be here with me typing this poor review now.

The best company to use. All shipping sent via Royal Mail so no Evri or Yodel woes to worry about. Also a lot of there branded e liquid is quite cheap especially their full range of premium Kingston e liquid.
It ships and arrives in a decent time and if you buy any of the 500ml bottle, they come well packaged so will not get damaged.
