We live in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. There was a blocked drain issue with our bathroom toilet. Our plumber who had been to was unable to solve the problem, instead of, he recommended Dyno Rod. There it came Pete from Dyno Rod, who did his job marvellously and we are so impressed with his friendly attitude as well.
We highly recommend Dyno Rod.

We had an emergency drain situation one evening and Dyno-Rod were absolutely superb. Jake, the engineer was an absolute delight. He was professional, friendly and did a fantastic job efficiently and with good humour. He arrived within two ours of our reporting it, even though it was late. He solved the problem and gave us advice on the state of the drains and how to avoid any future problems. All round fantastic service and would highly recommend.

I phoned Dyno-Rod about 11.30am and did speak to a very helpful and polite customer service advisor I had an appointment booked between midday and 6pm but engineers came within 1 hour. The engineers were very pleasant, polite and explained everything to us and carried on with the work in hand. I would have no problem in recommending them to family and friends.

We had a blocked toilet and possible drainage problem. We had used Dyno-Rod on a previous occasion and found them to be very good I phoned the local number and a very helpful receptionist said that she could send an engineer to us within a couple of hours.
Jake Burton duly arrived he was very pleasant and spent time sorting out the problem and gave us an explanation of what he was doing. Excellent service would highly recommend.

I called Dyno-Rod office this morning and they arranged an appointment for this afternoon. During my phone call I found their customer service Shaun to be friendly and knowledgeable. When Carlos the engineer came out he explain what he was going to do at each stage and carried the work out professionally and didn’t make a mess. He also tested everything was running correctly before leaving site. I would certainly recommend Dyno-Rod to family and friends and wouldn’t have any hesitation in calling again in the future. We had a blocked toilet and neither ourselves or a local plumber could fix it. The plumber recommended Dino-Rod. We called them at 9am yesterday morning, they gave us a quote and marked us down as an emergency because we only had one toilet. Dan arrived within the hour and was professional and friendly. He assessed the situation and quickly got to work, explaining everything as he went along. He was as good as his word. He unblocked the toilet and kept the mess to a minimum. We paid the quoted amount and had a 90 day guarantee. We couldn’t have asked for a better service from Dino-Rod or Dan. He was a knight in shining armour! Thank you Dan!

The 2 chaps were very efficient, knew their job expertly and were tidy, considerate and very sociable. Also diagnosed and cured the problem with advice as to how to prevent a recurrence.

In general I was quite happy with the company. The men who did the work were great. One disappointment was on the first date given to do the work I checked to see if they were coming to find I had been overlooked by their admin staff. I was given another date after apologies. Otherwise good experience.
