Excellent service - sorted out problem of blocked soak- away - kept me informed. Very safety conscious - and everything left immaculate afterwards. Highly recommend. Half the price of another company who quoted for the same job.

Dyno rod is not the first company I would ever call again. They were not interested really to help with my displaced pipe. Had to use another company to address my pipe issue. The man that attended our home was scare mongering and rude. I will not use Dyno rod again

Unbelievably quick service from James at Dyno-Rod. On site about 40mins after booking call. Negotiated a particularly difficult drive and set up his kit very speedily. Jetted a bulky root mass in soil pipe and gradually it broke up and flushed away. Very clean job carried out with enthusiasm and left site very clean

Discovered a problem with the drains while getting ready for work. Less than 2 hours later problem solved. Super speedy service. Friendly and helpful people.

Excellent service from Dyno-Rod, via British Gas Homecare. We had a hot water leak but could not tell whereabouts it was. Dyno-Rod identified it as being under the concrete floor in our kitchen, which was very difficult to access. Their first attempt worked for a while but then the leak started again. This time Dyno-Rod decided to reroute the hot water pipework downstairs, which solved the problem. The Dyno-Rod plumbers were excellent: on time, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Top rate service.

A J arrived at the agreed time, cleared the blockage and then explained what to do in the future. All in a friendly and reassuring manner. Great service.

Easy to book and you know the price in advance. Go to very short notice booking next day which was excellent. The staff member was efficient, sorted the problem out quickly, and left everything really needs and tidy. Good service!

Easy to book visit on line, they tell you the cost in advance so there are no surprises and the guy that visited was prompt, polite and completed the job quickly and left the area spotless.

Turned up promptly & knew what he was doing. Quickly dealt with the problem.

Terrible service. Engineer left our downpipe disconnected and just left without a word knowing that my father who is unwell to finish the job before rain would have caused a flood. Then Stephen McNelly said we should have contacted them to fix it! Good to know that after receiving payment they could leave your job unfinished and just leave.

Luke, the Dyno engineer provided good comms, keeping me updated on arrival times. He was insightful, helpful and friendly. Got straight on the job and kept me informed of the process. Once the job was complete he took the time to explain the work and any things to keep an eye on. Overall a quality experience. It’s not the first time Dyno have impressed me with their service and I’d 100 percent be happy to use them again.

Phoned today with a blocked drain, Dyno sent an engineer within 4 hours. The engineer jetted the blockage and used his cable camera to check the drain for any problems. He gave me advice on who would be responsible for any further problems. Once finished he cleaned everything up from the work he had done. All this was covered in the quoted amount.
All the staff that I spoke with today were very helpful and got the job done 👍🏻

Two visits were required to unblock bathroom drain. First visit was to locate the manhole cover which was buried beneath the patio and a bush. Impressive technology helped trace its location and establish there were no other offending blockages. The second visit was to remove the offending patio slabs concreted in place and lift the manhole. The blockage was quickly resolved thereafter.
