Our engineer went out of his way to assess our problem, understood very quickly what needed to be done and gave us a great quote. All booked in for 1st call on Monday morning to fix. Could not be happier. Excellent service. Would use again and would definitely recommend.

Re Emergency call out
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received during an emergency call-out arranged through my house insurance for a burst pipe in my loft.
Your engineer, Jack, attended the property promptly at the agreed time and carried out the work with exceptional professionalism. He located the leak quickly, completed the repair efficiently, and left the area clean and tidy. Throughout the visit he was courteous, helpful, and took the time to explain clearly what the problem was and how it had been fixed.
I was extremely impressed by both his workmanship and his manner, and I would rate the service provided as five-star. Jack is a credit to your company, and I wanted to formally acknowledge the quality of his work.

Called to report a radiator leak, arranged a date for inspection/repair. Engineer phoned to say he would be with us with a time. He introduced himself as Jack, who we could not fault at all, professional in his work, clean and tidy and explained his works.

Leak Fixed
Had a leak coming from the kitchen ceiling and I had figured out it was coming from a pipe. I couldn't tell where though. Jack came out on the same day I called my emergency insurance provider. He had diagnosed and fixed the fault within an hour. No need for carpets and floorboards up as I had envisage. Absolutely superb service.

British Gas sent Jack their Dyno Rod plumber out to our leaking cistern. He quickly identified and fixed the leaking ballcock. He also put in an isolation valve on the cistern for future maintenance (if ever).
