Jack attended on time and sorted out the problem to our huge relief. He was efficient made a tidy repair and didn’t mind our Dog who unexpectedly ran out of the living room before we could catch him!

Knowledgeable plumber who listened carefully and investigated before solving the problems. This included one issue that had been misdiagnosed twice in the past by different plumbers, but he fixed it in 10mins. Wish he'd been our plumber previously.

Burst pipe
Jack gave us a call to let us know he was on his way. A very polite and friendly gentleman who soon put us at ease after having a bit of a scare from a burst pipe. He quickly sourced the problem and replaced the damaged flexi leads. Tidy and professional, I would highly recommend , thank you Jack, dyno rod and British Gas for once again coming to our rescue .

From the initial phone call to arrange a date for the work to be done, to the completed job the team were first class. I was kept informed of arrival time so I could plan my day. The fitters were spot on time and worked quickly and neatly. They fully checked their work before departing.

True quality service
I can always get an engineer when I want one, which fits my lifestyle. Jack has been on the last two visits and he is kind and courteous, extremely efficient and I've never needed to call anyone back to redo the work. Fantastic service as far as I'm concerned.

The engineer, Jack, from Dyno-Rid/Richard Brown Plumbing sourced and fitted a replacement toilet cistern for us. It looked like a difficult job to manage as our cistern had essentially been glued to the back of the toilet by the house builder.
Fortunately, Jack managed to get the old cistern off without damaging the toilet and successfully fitted the new one. He also stabilised the base of the toilet for us which had been a problem.
The engineer was very cheerful, helpful, hard-working and efficient. He also cleared up & took everything away at the end of the job.
