They were with me very quickly (within half an hour) for a failed hot water cylinder, with water pouring through my kitchen ceiling. Louis (Dyno Oxford) was calm, reassuring and gave me confidence he knew exactly what to do. Dyno quoted for replacement and Louis came back the next working day and fitted a new cylinder, again promptly, and got everything working, with no fuss. He was supported well by his office who progressed everything very quickly. And I now have hot water. Thank you!

Very fast to respond to a request on ‘Local Heroes’ quote given and work carried out the following day. We had a radiator replaced. I didn’t feel under pressure at all to accept the quote. The plumber went out to his van until I’d made a decision whether to go ahead or not. Very pleased we did. The area was left clean and tidy and I feel happy with the quality work carried out.

Both elements on immersion heater were failing. The visit for a quote was booked quickly and our plumber called before attending which was very helpful. Quote was the most reasonable and when the elements failed the following day they ordered parts and the plumber was with us for 8 am. Mark was a very personable and friendly guy who quickly managed to drain our tank and replace the elements with no fuss. No hidden charges either. Very pleased to have hot water again. Would definitely recommend this company.

Had Dyno Rod out a couple of times due to a blocked toilet. Chap came in and was really helpful, polite and got the job sorted.

Seemed to be a toilet freshener which had become lodged. Will now use duct tape to keep them from falling in!

Team call if plumber in the area earlier than originally booking, an indication that whoever is responsible for allocating jobs is using their initiative, when a Plumber unexpectedly becomes available to deal with another job. Plumber called to confirm time of arrival, and duly arrived on time. All work carried out in an efficient and pleasant manner at a reasonable cost even though the job was more complicated than expected and took longer. That is a 5 star service.

Dyno Plumbing came out very promptly to do a power flush of my elderly parents heating system. We thought issues had been resolved, but different and more complex issues with the system occurred. They came out the following two days to sort out the problems, and nothing was too much trouble for them and we were surprised that they didn't charge us anything extra. Excellent service from Dyno-Rod - made a website enquiry late last night, was called back at 8.30am this morning, technician arrived at 9.30am and everything was sorted by 10.30am. Technician was a nice bloke and very professional.

Engineer came out to look at a toilet blockage that happened 3-4 days ago. Only called them today as it was Christmas and they came immediately and discovered that the blockage had cleared itself, so no charge, no job even though he checked the drains. Excellent company!
