Very pleased with the service provided by Sandesh.
I was very pleased with the service provided today. Sandesh worked diligently to investigate and isolate the leaking pipe, keeping me informed throughout the process. Before carrying out the exploratory work to uncover the pipes behind the bathroom wall tiles, he took the time to explain what was required and checked that I was happy for him to proceed. He worked efficiently, was professional and courteous, and made sure everything was left clean and tidy before he left. I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend him. Thank you.

Ricky was exceptional. He worked in the intense heat to repair a leak in my main water supply line. He replaced pipe to fix the problem, having had to drill down through the concrete flooring. The job took a long time, but he was a consummate professional.

Bradley came to sort water pressure…
Bradley came to sort water pressure out which we have had problems with Thames water for many months. Thames water told us to get a new stopcock as this could be the problem. Bradley fitted a new stopcock but this didn’t fix the problem he did many different things and spent approximately 2 hrs at eventually he fixed the problem. Bradley went above and beyond to help sort the problem he definitely deserves a 5+ for his hard work and good knowledge.

Louis was a lovely and friendly man
Louis was a lovely and friendly man. He explained everything he was doing before carrying out the job. He checked his work throughly several times before he was happy that the job was done to his and our satisfaction. Louis's service is first class. He cleaned up afterwards, was wearing overshoe covers at all times. I would recommend him and ask for him, if we ever need a plummer again. Many thanks .
