Josh attended to fit a new shower
Josh attended to fit a new shower, 5 stars very friendly & helpful and went the extra mile to resolve why we were getting reduced pressure in our shower. He found a bend in our main water pipe. Highly recommended

Underfloor leak in pipe located and fixed. Kitchen units in and out. Tiles broken. Concrete excavated. All done in a day by a nice guy. Cheers Richard. Hopefully insurance covers some of it because it’s obviously not cheap ...

I needed to have a radiator changed…
I needed to have a radiator changed from a single to a double. Having brought the radiator, I thought I would do it myself, fortunately common sense prevailed, and I phoned an expert. The estimator came around and I was given a quote. There was no sucking air across his teeth and shaking his head. He was polite, courteous, and professional.
Having accepted the quote, the engineer arrived two days later. He carried out the work without fuss and did a perfect job having to also do a small alteration to the pipework. He worked quietly and confidently.
I would highly recommend this company. Their prices are fair, and their workmanship is of the highest quality. Thank you.

Darren attended today to sort a long term problem with a bathroom cistern which kept issuing water from the overflow pipe. He arrived on time having contacted me by phone in advance. He carefully identified the causes of the problem, removed and installed new devices, thus alleviating our concerns. He then checked that all was functioning correctly. Excellent!

Excellent Service
I had a leak coming through the ceiling, and after failing to get through to HomeServe (who I have cover with) for over an hour, I rang British Gas for a one-off repair which put me straight through to Dyno-Rod. My call was answered in seconds and within minutes a same day visit was arranged to come and repair it.
The engineer arrived around 3 hours after my call, fixed the problem, was very friendly and gave some good advice and tips. Very happy with the service received and would 100% use them again.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, really helpful. They provided a very prompt and professional estimate and were really quick to come round and do the fix. The job was undertaken to a high quality by a friendly engineer. Definitely recommend them based on this very positive experience.
