Dyno-Rod - North West Anmeldelser 

Having a hive car charger installed. Dyno-rod came out to quote for groundwork. Stated it would take 2 people a full day to run conduit under a 1m wide block paving path at £750. I obviously found a local electrician who did it to exactly required spec in 3 hours single handedly for under half that price.
Hive/British Gas are shooting themselves in the foot using this technique, as I was close to just changing EV charger company as a result.

Phoned around quite a few other local and national companies but was told by them all it be 1-2 weeks before they could attend..! In my urgency I then stumbled across and phoned Dyno rod, they attended within 1 hour of calling! super quick service, great customer service from office, excellent communication and reasonable price for CCTV and jetting.. I was given direct numbers and names for people to speak to.. great team effort between back office and Simon who attended. He sorted the blockage and was finished within 1 hour. Thank you Simon for your attendance on Friday afternoon and great service from everyone in local branch.

Appointment was made a week ago, for yesterday, to quote for groundwork’s associated with running a cable into my garage for an EV charger. I received a message at 08:03 yesterday stating the estimate would be completed today and I would be contacted when they were on their way. No one turned up and no further contact from the company. I phoned them up this morning at 09:30 to establish what had gone wrong. I was told the person dealing with my appointment was away for 10 mins but they would phone me back in 10 mins as soon as they returned. By 11:30 no phone call received, however, someone turned up unannounced to complete the quote. Consequently I have no confidence in this company and their ability to do anything.

Came out when they said they would. Phoned to say he would be here in15 minutes and arrived within that time. Was polite and even cleaned the area before he left.

Called dyno rod out on an emergency night call costing £235, engineer arrived 4 hours after calling at 11:15pm, after inspecting my drains the engineers opinion was that i had a collapsed drain underneath my extension and that i would require the concrete floor and back garden dug up to fix.
I called my insurance company as this was looking at several thousand pounds to fix and lots of hassle. My insurance company sent an independent survey team out to my property only to find that it was a plastic toilet duck blocking the outside main waste drain in my neighbours property. Not only has it cost me the £235 for a wrongly diagnosed incident but i had to lift my sun room extension flooring now at my cost when this was not required.
United utilities came out immediately and removed the plastic blockage stating dyno rod could’ve done this easily especially after I’d already paid the a fee of £235.
Absolutely disgusted from the outcome and I’ve had zero response back regards this from dyno rod.

Dynorod have done a superb job fixing our external drainpipe. Good communication throughout, and all mess cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended.

A blocked drain which meant that we were unable to use the downstairs sink nor the dishwasher.(tragedy)
Phoned Dyno-Rod who were able to send someone out the next day. The guy who came out (unfortunately I didn’t quite catch his name when he phoned, as I lost signal) was very professional and polite. Summed up what was needed and got down to clearing the blockage. Very good job done which should last a while now. I would use them again, though hope it won’t be necessary.

Great service! Called out for blocked drain which turned out not to be blocked. He made sure that water was moving through properly before leaving and as there was no blockage I didn’t have to pay the fee or even a call out fee.

John arrived at our house when he arranged to. He listened to my concerns and was brilliant. He did what he could to sort the blockage and then arranged the next part of the job to be completed by a colleague. The whole process was pain free and made very clear and easy. Brilliant chap, highly recommend.

Rang them at 4pm, fixed by 9pm, Callum rang to give us 25 minutes notice, got the job done, no mess and Callum was an extremely competent and polite professional
