We would like to thank Dyno Rod the engineer who came out was just fabulous. Well mannered and very professional at all times. He deserves a big well done from his manager.

The engineer who attended appeared to have little idea on how to address the problem. He took a number of photographs which didn't seem to identify the source of the leakage and seemed to have poor communication skills. He was ready to issue a quote an exorbitant amount without any definition of the work to be carried out. I would seriously avoid this company

Extremely rude person who answered my call I can’t believe a company of this stature would employ such a rude customer service representative. The actual gentleman that fixed our drains was amazing but service like this needs to stop.
