This was a Sunday emergency callout
This was a Sunday emergency callout. Both the kitchen and main drain were blocked. The engineer arrived in good time, cleared and washed the drains out and checked them with a camera. friendly and informative, will call dynorod again with no hesitation.

Despite my drain covers being very difficult to lift, the operative persisted and ensured he had got both cleared and the water was flowing before leaving. He even disinfected the area to improve the odour.

waited all day for an engineer to arrive, to be blown out at the last min. Still got water leaking out of our water cylinder. British gas have sorted a proper firm to come and sort it.
