Very good service , phoned to say when he would be at my home , arrived on time , fixed the problem in less than 15 mins , water running fee , a little costly but a satisfied customer and the kitchen back to normal ,

False advertisement, booked a job in to clear drains at our office. Website said they would attend to quote and likely complete the work on the same visit. The technican called me and said it would be a 200+ call out fee then 100 per half hour following that.

Dyno-Rod arrived within 30 minutes of my call. Issue was quickly identified and resolved.

Arrived promptly when they said they would, polite and straight on it. Happy to explain what was going on and checked neighbours drain too to be sure.

Called 20 mins before arrived to let us know he was on his way. Sorted the blockage for us & cleaned up after. Very pleased with the service would definitely use again if we had a problem

This week we made two appointments with dynorod via British Gas. All through both days, dynorod sent text messages stating that 'You job is still scheduled to go ahead'. But by late afternoon on both days, it was obvious that they were not going to arrive. When they were contacted, the Dyno managers blamed the British Gas call centre staff (which appeared to be a deliberate lie) and generally made it clear that they couldn't care less. One babbled like an idiot throughout the call, making it practically impossible to reply - then simply hung up when I asked him to listen to my point of view. Another made a sarcastic comment of "You have a nice day" before hanging up. The engineers are very good (when the management can be bothered to set up a simple appointment). But the managers seem to be entirely lacking in any kind of intelligence or useful function.

Arrived the next day following the initial call. Specified after 2.30pm. He came as promised with a phone call before to say he was on the way. The only thing that would have made me give 5 stars was the fact he didn't have a camera on his van as the call operator said he would.

Excellent work Dyno Man. Know his work and resolved outside sewage block issue within 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

I waited 2 hours for an “emergency plumber” who couldn’t help but still charged me £180. Then I rang Dyno Rod, 1 hour later he arrived and sorted the problem. Professional, knowledgeable and experienced, loved his work, so happy to have met Stuart, exemplary, top bloke, massive asset to Dyno Rod, shame he is a Spurs fan 🙄 and not a Liverpool Fan 😎but you can’t always have perfection. We phoned on a Monday evening and

I had a serious problem and because of my strange plumbing the guys that came out couldn’t do the job until a huge thorny bush was removed. They kindly waited half an hour while I got a neighbour and his chainsaw to remove said bush. The blockage was then cleared and all my pipe work made good again. Highly recommend if you have a blockage.
