Spot on service turned up promptly on a weekend. Very professional approach. Turned into a tricky job but the technician didn’t give up he got stuck in and sorted the problem. Couldn’t of asked for a better service

Alex phoned arrived within 30 minutes he diagnosed the problem and cleared the blockage and checked all the pipes

Contact and appointment system worked well. I was promised a phone call from the engineer before he attended. He called as promised arrived as expected, sorted the problem quickly. All good.

Complaint. Had Dyno Rod out to a sink bavking up. The guy came out and said he'd cleared it but within a week the same was happening but worse than before.
Contacted Dyno Rod and was told their advertised 3 month guarantee didn't apply because he reported grease.
This wasn't mentioned at the time by the them, in fact pointing to other possible factors like we'd been trying bicarb and white vinegar and he advised against this.
Dyno Rod now suggesting this needs a specialist clean and won't honour the guarantee.

Rang at 8:30, engineering was with us by 11:00am. He was very experienced and found the issue quickly and managed to get it unblocked and working.

Our engineer, Lloyd, was a legend. He problem- solved a very tricky drainage issue in 32 degree heat all of the time being polite and courteous. Would definately recommend.

I called for an emergency plumber and was advised it would be within 24 hours. 20 minutes later, I had a call from the engineer, who was with me half an hour later. Sorted out the problem within half an hour. Fabulous service, and the engineer, Liberty, was brilliant! Highly recommend :)

The response to my request was done very promptly.The dyno engineer came within 4hours of initial contact ringing a few minutes before arrival. He was able to sort the problem very quickly giving us the reason for the blockage and advice on preventative care for the future.
He was at all times very polite and payment (although a little steep) was simple.

The blockage problem at our house was complicated and we fully expected the engineer to give up trying to free it. Despite the heat he refused to give up and continued to try everything possible until he had freed the blockage. We are so grateful for his tenacity and would highly recommend this company to anyone with a drain blockage problem!

Chelsea, the engineer, was delightful. Got the job done quickly, was super helpful, fixed the problem. 10/10 no notes
