If I could give it zero stars I would
If I could give it zero stars I would. British Gas outsource their plumbing to Dyno yet after two call-outs puts the problem hasn’t been fixed. The response from the engineer was, “What do you want me to do about it?” The simple answer would be to do your job. I have two disabled people who need access to water and you have failed them.

Dean came to investigate a fig tree…
Dean came to investigate a fig tree root which we feared was blocking our drains. He was very good humoured - despite the very high temperature - and quickly investigated and reassured us, after a camera investigation, that we had nothing to worry about. We would certainly highly recommend Dean.

Flooding and blocked drains
Dean did an amazing job trying to sort out our blocked drains after the recent storm. He was personable, explained what was happening and did absolutely everything to try and rectify the problem - I’d recommend him in the future without reservation!

I had a fantastic gentleman called Dean…
I had a fantastic gentleman called Dean who came out and did a brilliant job in Hackney E5
Unfortunately for me I had a huge issue where the drain is damaged in various places and he took the time to clear it …. Even booked me out a machine to clear the stones :))
Once cleared he really diligently used cctv equipment to find the faults. I’m going through a really difficult patch at the moment and so appreciated them making my life easier:)

Dean analysed the problem with our…
Dean analysed the problem with our drain blockage straight away and unblocked the drain very efficiently. Also he is very courteous and personable, and I will ask for him by name if I have this sort of problem again.

Outstanding service – problem finally resolved
I would like to say a big thank you to the engineer Dean Barber who came today. The service he provided was excellent and very professional.
Previously, other engineer had visited, but unfortunately the problem with the drainage was not fully resolved. Today Dean came, carefully inspected the situation and managed to completely fix the issue. He was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly experienced. He explained what was happening and made sure everything was properly cleared before leaving.
This level of service truly deserves more than 5 stars. I’m very grateful for his professionalism and dedication to solving the problem.

Amazing work by engineer Dean Barber
The engineer that helped us was Dean Barber and he was amazing and fixed the issue. He explained to us what the issue was and explained to us the route of the drainage.
