Had a really great experience doing my second charge mortgage. Thought the process would take long but was surprisingly much quicker than expected. It took over 18 months to finalise my buy to let on my HMO property that was a grade 2 listed .... David Horn gave the project a lot of attention and persistence with lenders along with his admin sidekick, Courtney Smith who was on the ball with a lot of admin tasks.
