Bad service

Something clearly up… ordered some…

Something clearly up… ordered some personalised wrapping paper over 2 weeks ago. Delivery time stated as 3-4 days. Still not had notice of dispatch. Have emailed, tried the chat bot. Zero response. Found a phone number via Google, nothing. Terrible service.

However, there are loads of positive reviews for this company from not so long ago. Something doesn’t seem right.

Scam company, stay away

Scam company, product never arrived. No customer support, email them and get a return email saying this address is not monitored. Chat to them on the website, never reply back.

Dishonest company

This is a shocking company and I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I thought maybe they were overwhelmed by Christmas orders but looking back over the reviews it seems that they are just very unprofessional at best , at worst shockingly dishonest. I placed an order for three phone cases well over a week ago and initially thought it was ok despite not receiving the 3 for 2 offer available . I did get a response on that but since then nothing. I have been given despatch notification but seemingly not for all items I ordered and the tracking number is not valid for Royal Mail so I’m not sure if anything has actually been despatched, and as all communication is ignored it is impossible to ask them to give me a valid tracking number .
More seriously I feel this is a breach in trading standards , if a company is operating in such a way where there is no way if contacting them or getting any response but taking your money and not providing the goods then at best that is a breach in contract .
I will be reporting this company to trading standards and any other organisations that I feel necessary .
I advise anyone not to order from them .
You will be disappointed.
Almost made worse by the fact that people are wanting personalised gifts. But delivering such a special and thoughtful gift that the buyer has spent time creating aswel is really disgraceful as a buyer has no time to then get a similar substitute.
If there was communication or an apology then it wouldn’t be so bad but the blatant way customers are ignored is shocking .

Poor quality product, no customer support.

Terrible. Photo collage iPhone case poor quality - photos not lined up meaning half of some of the photographs are missing. Zero response from the company despite messaging them and emailing them.
Better companies out there.

SCAMMERS

They won’t send your order or reply to emails , messages on Instagram or the chat box. Going to have to contact my bank to get a refund. I’m not the only one I spoke to dozens of people who purchased from them on Instagram and they all say the same thing. Can’t believe this website is still up. Don’t be silly like me and let the good reviews on their page fool you.

AVOID!

AVOID!! Do not buy from this company!! Customer service is non existent. No replies from anyone from any of their email addresses or online chats. Bought wrapping paper and a banner for my daughters first birthday, Asked several times for my order to be cancelled as it passed the time of my daughter’s first birthday to turn up! And when it eventually did part of it was missing anyway!

Dyefor a company to Avoid

Dyefor is definitely a company to avoid. I placed my order for my grandkids presents, in early December. They took my money but then the story ends. Promising delivery in 2-3 days. We are 2 weeks later and they do not respond to e mails, they do not answer the phone. This is a rip off company.
Christmas in a week and presents will never arrive on time

Appalling

If I could give minus stars, I would. This company is appalling. The customer service is non existent. The information on the website is incorrect, and they're impossible to contact.
I placed an order after reading the delivery and dispatch information, which stated 1-2 days for dispatch, with a further 3-5 days for delivery. The website states that you should allow an extra day for dispatch during busier periods. I placed my order 7 days ago. It still has not been dispatched. I've contacted the company numerous times, with no reply. I've emailed and used the chat app, yet no success. I have no items, I've had no correspondence, and it does not look like it will make it in time for Christmas, which makes the whole purpose of this purchase pointless, as I've ordered personalised wrapping paper, at £19.99 a roll. I can not stress enough, to stay away from this company!

This company is a charlatan

This company is a charlatan. Don't order from them. It promises a delivery in 3-4 days. Past 2 weeks your orders still have not yet arrive with no updates and no way to contact them. Avoid ordering from Dyefor at all cost!!!

Would give zero stars if i could

Would give zero stars if i could! ordered item over 2 weeks ago, raised query about the order on 2/12. no response for a week then the generic response from Henry! Didn’t even answer my actual query. To top it off, no change to order status anyway. Absolutely appalling customer service, you can’t speak to any human being, it’s a joke!!

Why? it was a gift.
