Very bad company. Disappointed with the whole experience with Dusk . They happily took my money ($100+AUD) I had to email to get part of my order ,A single wax melt. Then I had to email them again and they sent 4 of my items. The final item never turned up even though I was assure it was being sent priority post shortly. It was not. I ended up requesting a refund for the last item that never got sent. Instead of being honest and telling me they were out of stock they railroaded me into requesting a refund. Not a reliable buisness at all. Buyer beware * bad bad bad! 👎🏽

From day one of an online purchase, Dusk has been a nightmare to deal with. Ridiculously slow responses, ignored emails, and a total lack of accountability. No one is willing to actually help or resolve numerous issues — just excuses followed by silence. Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Save your money and frustration and go elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Poor customer service. Haven't responded to several emails or Facebook messages. Couldn't return items

Bought 4 candles from dusk every one has tunnelled when lit decreasing the burning time significantly. The quality is dreadful Kmart candles do a better job I will never buy from dusk again.

Management not around the mouse will play at Dusk Penrith! Liar and deceiving 3 x staff members rejected issues with magma diffuser!

Scents don’t last. Reed diffusers smell nice in the bottles, but they actually don’t provide a good scent. In my small bathroom, you cannot smell it or even tell it’s there.
The fragrant room sprays are the same.
For the price, I would expect better!

NEVER EVER buy anything on special and save it as a gift. Bought a Christmas Santa and when given and opened the face was cracked. Would not replace or refund despite being a long term customer of the epping store and never making a previous complaint. I’d give 0 if I could. Will never shop there again.

Wonderful scents that last a long time. Their products also make a perfect gift for loved ones. ❤️

Loved my candle (the best one ever) and would have given 5 stars but website had some issues.
