They do and will pay out once verified…
They do and will pay out once verified witch doesn't take to long the only drawback is it takes 5-7days to pay and weekends don't count so if you withdraw on Friday the count won't start until Monday but they do pay and always reward with bonus play

I've read a number of negative reviews…
I've read a number of negative reviews on Ducky Luck casino, people saying it's a scam etc ..but I'm here to differ with those reviews on the grounds of my personal experience. I have not played long at said casino, as a matter of fact I had only deposited $25 two times prior to me hitting a grand jackpot on 3eow wheels of $945 and I at first thought no way they are not going to pay out, so I continued to play without even checking. I played it to $798 then I thought I should for kicks and giggles look up if it said withdrawal able, and to my surprize it did say withdrawalable, after verifying my ID they deposited my money into my btc wallet...it doesn't always work out that way but sometimes you get lucky! .

I won $700+ on Duckey Luck…they took it back 👿
I won $5000+ first time on Duckey Luck 5 Times and 7s fire slots. Then I recently won $700.00. Requested crypto transfers $400 $200 & $100. All were accepted to go to my Cash app Bitcoin account. Days later, no transfer and Duckey Luck said, they didn't "see" my $700.00 winnings in July but only my $5000 from 1st time I won. Then, my transfers Disappeared suddenly and I was told I can't get Promotions or Rewards because I'm a "skilled" player ?!?!?! 🤣🤣🤣 That's some of the funniest mess ever !!! And, I asked, if I've proven my identity for first $5,000 winnings, do I need to do it again to get my $700.00 recent winnings, they said, no you don't so where is my accepted approved $700.00 from July 2026 winnings Ducky Luck 👿👿👿👿👿 scammers..

Hello,
Our team has carefully reviewed your DuckyLuck account and can confirm that the withdrawals referenced in your review do not exist on your DuckyLuck account. The most recent withdrawal on this account was successfully processed and paid, and there are no pending withdrawals matching the amounts mentioned.
As this brand operates within a group, we can confirm that the $700 in withdrawals you reference are in fact associated with another account on a different brand, and are pending verification. We have advised the verification team at the proper brand to follow up with you on this to move it along.
You may also wish to check your email inbox for any withdrawal confirmation emails or transaction notifications, as these can help identify which account or brand the withdrawal request was submitted through.
Once you've confirmed the correct account, we would appreciate it if you could update your review to reflect the appropriate brand so that other players have an accurate understanding of your experience.
Best regards,
Casino Experience Team

I have had a awful and confusing time trying to withdraw. I had been turned down withdrawals different times and for different reasons. Different agents gave different reasons why. I did the verification of my ID only to be asked again for it. Then when I finally received a check I was unable to cash it at my bank per the teller. Lucky Duck will only put it back in my account although I'm sure would be the same end result. I have contacted the support team multiple times. I would not invest another dime there.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
We're sorry to hear that your withdrawal process was confusing and did not go as smoothly as it should have. Based on the information provided in your review, we were unfortunately unable to locate your account to review what occurred in detail.
We kindly ask that you update your review with your casino username or contact our support team directly so we can investigate your case and provide any clarification needed.
Regarding your check, because it is an international check, it generally cannot be deposited through an ATM. Instead, it should be presented to a bank teller, who can complete the necessary verification process before accepting it for deposit.
We hope this information helps, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could update your review after visiting your bank teller to let us know how the deposit process went. If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out, we're here to help.

Hello Liza,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
The maximum cashout associated with promotional bonuses is not applied after the fact, it is clearly disclosed in the bonus terms and conditions before a bonus is claimed. These terms are provided so players can review them and decide whether they wish to accept the promotion or play with a standard deposit instead.
If you believe your bonus was applied incorrectly or would like clarification on how the maximum cashout was calculated, we encourage you to contact our support team. We'll be happy to review your account and explain the applicable bonus terms in detail.
Transparency is important to us, which is why we make our promotional terms available before any offer is activated.

Ducky Lucky doesn’t seem to be to lucky
So I won 125 over a year ago but I had such a time with verification !
It was all because the utilities are in my roommates name her dad owns the house so should be understandable to why that is but it was a problem I couldn’t get verified I was so annoyed I just left my winnings n forgot about them !
Until now fast forward yr later I go back was going to try again n what do u know im verified! Wow thats great !
So I go and I made a withdrawal 125 bucks figured i would make a bitcoin withdrawal thinking its as close to instant as one could get NOPE NOT AT DUCKY LUCKY ITS A 4-5 days PROCESS TO RETRIEVE UR BITCOIN WINNINGS!!
4-5 days are u kidding me on a bitcoin withdrawal! As if they haven’t had my winnings long enough there gonna say its a 4-5 day withdrawal process to redeem bitcoin!
Needless to say I wont be playing here ever again to many casinos with instant redemption no matter how I redeem !
News flash guys get with the program!
This platform use to be in top 5 casinos 2 years ago n look at u now! Not so much! You can’t mess with peoples money, u will loose in more ways then one yet thats exactly what u have done!
Come on wake up it’s an easy fix give the people there winnings !
If it took 4 days for u to get ur money u be out of business yet u do that to us!
Heads up people now u know so if u pay to play here just be prepared to wait 4-5 days or longer to retrieve ur winnings!
NO THANK YOU I WILL RECEIVE MY WINNINGS AND GO SPEND IT WHERE I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK THAT SAME DAY
Ok it’s day 3 n it’s still in the processing stage on a bitcoin withdrawal mind u !
Been a year ago since I won 125 n after jumping threw hoops trying to get verified yet they always had excuse not verify! So I I said the hell with the 125 peace is more important!
That was that then recently I was just seeing if my winnings were still on my account I seen I was miraculously verified!
Wow and that’s when I made a bitcoin withdrawal and yet here I am still waiting on ducky lucky to release my winnings!
This site needs shut down they are a joke, platforms like this is what makes everyone question all casinos, they are crooks!
People beware u been warned they will use every excuse possible to delay or not pay out takes all the fun out of it!
You really want to go there on verification of my address … ok let’s !
First off when ur government id and drivers license both have ur home address u would think that would be enough, nope !!!
Then I tried my W-2 tax return for that year I am almost positive that it wasn’t even a month old but that wasn’t good enough!
I was finished I said the hell with it! You know if ur going to try n defend ur actins you should tell all of it not just half of it !!
Redemption is suppose to be 4 days it’s been 6 n it’s bitcoin yet 6 days still nothing!
I redeemed on May 30th yes Sat funny cause from sat to Sunday it when from Requested to processing it’s been on processing since today is the 4th in reality it’s been 4 business days and it’s still processing !
Now remember I was already verified n I made a bitcoin withdrawal , be fair to say when u use bitcoin its pretty much instant definitely with in 24 hrs u get ur money not with this platform ! I been waiting 6 days I know from experience by word of mouth can make or break a company it shows here. I know couple years ago this was one of the top casino but not anymore!
This here is one of the reasons why ! I wouldn’t care if it’s 6 days but all the aggravation n frustration with verifications I was fed up with it all!
Clearly I had given u enough documents cause that is why I finally was verified by those documents!
All the bs took the fun right of winning n this here dragging my redemption out sealed the deal for me on how this casino operates !!!
People are not stupid I have no doubt many who read this have very similar stories with many different casinos , I’d even bet many are familiar with this situation with this exact platform even !
I should have had my money days ago or really a year ago!
Let’s see how long it’s going to take till my redemption is deposited 6 days n counting !

Hello Cobi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
After reviewing your account, we can confirm that the delays you encountered during verification were related to the proof of address documents submitted. Unfortunately, the documents provided did not meet the verification requirements, as they were either outdated or not among the accepted document types. While our team communicated the requirements throughout the process, we recognize that this experience became frustrating and took longer than either of us would have liked.
That said, our team continued working with the information available and was ultimately able to assist in completing the verification process so your withdrawal could proceed, which you can expect to receive throughout the week.
We would also like to clarify that your withdrawal request was submitted on a Saturday. As outlined on our website, withdrawal processing timeframes are measured in business days, meaning weekends are not included in the processing window.
We apologize that the overall process did not meet your expectations. While verification requirements are an important security measure designed to protect player accounts, we are pleased that we were ultimately able to help resolve the matter and move your withdrawal forward.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify opportunities to improve both our communication and player experience.

Probably one of the most disappointing…
2.5 stars for a reason guys… Probably one of the most disappointing lack of consumer support I’ve ever experienced when it comes to a casino.
I received a USPS promotion for a $50 free ducky box specifically in my name with my account agent Jorge advised me because somebody else in my family has an account and used a promotion whether it was now or when they signed up or yesterday or last week I am no longer eligible for promotions on their website essentially if you and your wife sign up for this casino only one of you get the benefits of promotion the other one gets Fu****. He had no attempt to fix the issue or do a one time courtesy to the fact that this was a personalized in mail promotion he kept on referring to the policy, which doesn’t even specifically state when it comes to this specific type of promotion seriously don’t waste your time because if you or anybody in your family wants an account only one of you can benefit from it. Such a scam.
