I received my sunglasses in 5 days. They are great ! I always keep it with me since i received it. I will order additional models soon and talk about it to my friends.

El paquete nunca llego eh tenido comunicación con su servicio post-venta y no me han resuelto nada, me siguen pidiendo que me comunique con la empresa de reparto que ellos eligieron para hacer el envío, de la cual también tienen un pésimo servicio ya que no puedo contactarme con ellos y sigo sin recibir una respuesta concreta de lo que paso con mi paquete y de que pasos a seguir con ellos.

mi numero de orden es el #12437 la orden fue colocada el 17 de noviembre de 2018, y entregada en un domicilio que no es el mio, ya que no conozco a la persona que recibió,

no recomiendo comprar con ellos debido a que no dan soluciones a los problemas que enfrentan con las empresas de logística que contratan y dejan toda la carga de comprobación al cliente.

Referente al producto no puedo hacer algún comentario debido a que nunca fue entregado a mi domicilio.

After searching on a lot of website ended up here. Good price with very good quality. The best thing is the backup for client, you can ask anything and get a quick response. bought 2 models and now waiting to try my 3rd one.

Great misleading advertisement!

1. Glasses are made of heavy metal frame, and bad 'not so clear lens'.
2. Glasses have nothing to do with Paris as advertised, which is also misleading. They came from mainland China.
3. Glasses are slightly different than pictures, finishing is poor and not as clear as depicted in pictures. Black ones don't have all black matte finish lens as shown on their website, top one-third of the lens has a silver tint.
4.I had to chase them down to get the glasses shipped to me. There is no fast delivery as advertised. Many others on here have also mentioned this.

Summarize: It's a great marketing company using their skills to hype up ¢.50 glasses from China. They must have made a lot of money while misleading customers and wasting their precious time.

Don't expect high quality french made sunglasses, not even exactly same as what you seen in the photos...For sure at this price point I should have expect this low quality chinese made sunglasses

My experience with Dubranchet was the worst experience ever i had dealing with online shopping. First the delivery was sooo slow. The package arrived 6 weeks after I ordered. I wanted it to be a Christmas present but the package arrived too late. I was always in contact with the customer Service and told them I need it for Christmas and they told me several times it will be there in time. And in the end the quality was so poor, I had to send back everything. REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!!!

A very low quality product, materials and design don’t match the description photos.
Don’t waste your time and money...
I wanted to return them, on their website they have the reurn policy.
I contacted them several times by email, on their website chat(which is not working I think), I got no answer.
