DO NOT USE AWFUL EXPERIENCE
Claimed on the 4th Nov, 1st assessor came on the 30th Nov and was very thorough but I was sick that day so he left early, rebooked for the 19th Dec - DG Surveying Services probably THE worst assessor I've ever met, was in and out like a shot wasn't even there 10 mins took a few photos and has lied on the report lumping an existing issue with the water damage issue that was being claimed, was more worried about leaving to get Xmas shopping - Now Trinity won't even reassess to complete a thorough assessment absolutely awful experience and possibly the worst claims company EVER - Also then had to wait for 65 minutes for a "Customer Services Adviser" who was extremely rude didn't even want to listen to the customer about the issue and said the decision has been made claim denied and there is nothing we can do just not interested. If you want to insure your house but have NO COVER use these clowns - this will be taken up with the financial ombudsman
