I recently had to contact Droitwich Stairlifts due to my stairlift starting to fail. I spoke to Zoe on the phone and explained the issue. She was very understanding and helpful in arranging a technician to call the next day to do a service and replace the failing batteries. The technician (Cam) arrived on time. He was smartly dressed, polite and very competant completing the job efficiently and professionally. I was very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend Droitwich Stairlifts to anyone for their excellent service.

Amazing customer service, Bradley fitted my lift and was really kind gentleman, talked us through the process and made sure that we were happy with it before he left. Clear communication throughout and a lovely family run business. Would highly recommend.

My mum has a Stannah stairlift and was quoted £325 callout by Stannah for a fault on her lift. I phoned Droitwich stairlifts and the lady talked me through a quick reset process that resolved the issue!! Absolutely delighted!

I searched for stairlift suppliers found Droitwich stairlift to be the best price. Most helpful on the phone. Made an appointment to measure up. then booked a fitting date. Simon arrived on time and was straight in fitting the lift 1 and a half hours later the fitting was completed. No mess no problems. A great job all round. I cannot recommend them enough. Brilliant.

Rang this company today 28 August 2025 had an emergency and thinking because they are local would be able to help me out but was asked if I had purchased my stairlift from them as I had not they were not interested in helping me just about sums up this uncaring world . left me and my disabled wife in distress 😪😪
