Not worth it
For 7 months I didn't received any cancellations, I put 3 test centre and nothing. AND I didn't cancel my appointments,I failed my driving test,and after failed I was sending to you my new reference number.

Hi there. I have checked your account and I can see that we have sent you a total of 68 cancellations and you have booked earlier cancellations with us, the most recent for 9 May this year. I can also see that in the last few months you have cancelled and rebooked your test at least 3 times which means there will have been periods where we were not searching with the correct reference number for you. We will keep searching for you.

Fantastic app
Fantastic app, moved to it when the previous one expected me to log on to gov.uk site book a new test. Genie sends a text and gives you ten min to confirm and book it.

Do not use this App if purchasing from…
Do not use this App if purchasing from Apple - their website clearly states a guarantee if no tests after 30 days which is not the case if paying by Apple. Poor service, and false messaging on their website and FAQ’s. I’ve waited over 8 weeks and no alternative test dates given and they won’t refund

Dear Samantha, we have had communication with you regarding this topic. Apple have changed their conditions for presence on the App Store, insisting on ApplePay as an option for payment. When you purchase via ApplyPay customers are governed by their terms and conditions. Additionally, for all customers privacy and security, Apple do not share any payment details with us as the app provider therefore, only they are able to issue a refund. More generally, for many good reasons, refunds are always processed to the original payment method (which we do not have).

This is the second time we have used this app…
This is the second time we have used driving test genie. They offered us an alternative test date within 24 hours and several more in the days that followed. I would thoroughly recommend this app as it makes finding a new test date very easy.

Worth every penny!
It is so very difficult to find a driving test currently - had it not been for Driving Test Genie we wouldn’t have succeeded. Customer service is incredibly responsive - even replying to me on a Saturday! Very impressed and well worth the money given the mess the driving test system is in.

Superfast turnaround!
I have an earlier test date booked within 24 hours of installing the app! Still waiting for a date earlier than the one currently booked, but it is still a great turnaround time!

3 offers in 9 weeks is no good
In 9-10 weeks of having this app. We got 3 offers in the first few days then nothing for the other 9 weeks! I emailed them twice to make sure my account was working properly, they said it was. They state that they send you frequent offers, 3 in 10 weeks is not frequent. Today I signed up to a cheaper Test app and have had over 15 dates come through. Just gutted I wasted 10 weeks waiting with Genie

Hi there. Offers of cancellations arise when someone with a test already booked has to change or cancel it for whatever reason. You moved your test date to one which was later than your existing date which we would not have offered you - we only offer dates that are earlier than your current test date.
