I just bought a car off of them on Monday and now the check engine light is on and I can't get anyone response from my salesman too I struct me on what too do .. this is unbelievable and really quite sad

The ease of this process renews my faith in the car buying process. As a former used salesman, I had some preconceived ideas I was pleased to have destroyed. Ted in Topeka was a joy to work with.

Timetra Smith helped me with everything and she was very patient with me. I am in there upset and she was with me fro. He cry 1st step . I really appreciated her and she's a great employee.

Slow as hell and they base it off your skin tone very terrible. Appt was at 6:30 and it’s 7:09 still haven’t been seen and they told to come back after driving an hour here so don’t recommend shitty area anyways!!

I hate I bought a car from them, they know when things are wrong with their vehicles but dont bother fixing them, they just leave it up with the warranty company once sold but they know the warranty company ain't shit neither and not going to fix what needs to be done. Will never buy another car from them nor refer friends or family.

It was very quick and convenient. I really love the vehicle I chose, low mileage and very clean. I believe there's some electrical or possibly just a fuse replacement. The AC and radio doesn't come on sometimes in drive but comes on when in reverse. Because the purchase is still within 30 days I am working on setting an appointment to resolve the matter. The price on the lot is reasonable but after the financing and taxes the price I will be ultimately paying is $50k for a 2018. I'm hoping to put some more money towards the initial down payment to lower the payment and hopefully the final payoff. Just another obstacle to go through and hopefully it will pay off.
