My experience was okay
My experience was okay. It was a long process and a lot of information. I think to make y'all think more easy. More great. You need to tell them everything they need to bring in because they didn't tell us to bring in anything and it took longer than what it should have taken and then we had problems with the the address. So we need to be told you know the bureau motor vehicles have to approve your address. All that to prepare us to bring in the right documents

Absolutely the easiest car buying…
Absolutely the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The staff is beyond kind, respectful, helpful, and so much more! I will be honest I was so nervous on how easy it absolutely was, but much to my surprise it was 100% legit and easy. The vehicle was explained exactly how it appeared. I got my dream vehicle without having to do very much to do so! Rob and Cam are the absolute best and go above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! You can feel safe going through DriveTime on Lafayette Rd in Indianapolis,Indiana! Thank you again Rob and Cam!!!

This had to be one of the best experiences in car purchasing I’ve ever encountered. I wasn’t sure if I was going to pursue the vehicle but Edilia was amazing at the lax approach to getting me into the vehicle. She stated all great things. Her customer service surpassed her tenure here.

Pleasant Experience
I was greeted by Cam who was very nice offering complementary refreshments. She assisted me in preparing to meet I worked with Edilia and Rob. They both were welcoming and made the experience pleasant for me. No pressure just genuine and authentic assistance. They stayed well beyond their time to make sure I was taken care and set up. They didn’t give an attitude about being passed time so it wasn’t rushed. I enjoyed working with them, I came in an Uber and left in my car!
