I live in eastern Arkansas and initially went looking for a car on the Springfield Missouri site but couldn't make the in-person visit because I didn't have a way there. At least someone there reached out and helped me as much as they could. They recommended me a closer location. It was two, but one location did not have the type of vehicle I was looking for my budget.

So, I had to go the other route. Had to miss two appointments because of the weather and having to locate my ID. But I told an employee I'd be back, and I did go back. No one greeted me but was friendly to others. I felt a cold energy when walking in both times. It was like they didn't want me buying anything there. AND to confirm that- someone left half eaten chicken bones right where they told me to pick-up the vehicle I was purchasing.

I am thankful I was able to get something since my wreck, but this experience WAS HORRIBLE.
Hated I went there. The vibes and atmosphere were so evil.

Awful experience all around. They were unwilling to budge an inch on any part of the deal, but assured me that they can get my first payments starting at 60 days out. Turns out that was a lie, it was only 30 days. Drivetime refused to fix their mistake. It's starting to feel like it was intentional.
The loan came back for 19% interest, and after waiting for 15 minutes on the phone with Bridgecrest, their loan partner, we were told that it couldn't be lowered because "it wouldn't be profitable". Drivetime's response was: "at least it's not 30% which some of our customers get".
They were pleasant enough people, but immensely unhelpful and run an awful bbusiness. Don't go here unless you want to be taken advantage of.

The no impact to your credit score deal is a lie and false advertising... After me my husband and daughter all applied and submitted all required personal information the system said it couldn't I identify any of our information put in to double check everything and make sure it was correct all was still denied and asked to call the dealership after calling they said that the information we put in was red flagged if we moved or changed name and that we had to bring in more personal information in order to be approved. Dl utility bill Bank statement SSI card along with another utility statement Don't waste your time 😞

Low key approach to buying used car. Salesman listened to what I wanted, quickly found 2 cars that were perfect, much cheaper than vroom and carvana

Hell nawl they selling vehicle that's not up to part with a lot of mechanical issues and cutting off the check engine lights. I'm so passed right now.

Yall are some dirty dogs, I got my truck Monday evening it's already cutting off on Wednesday call them they tell me I got to pay for a tow and rental if I need one. That's not right your warranty is bogus. When explaining the warranty they never said if it cut off you have to pay for tow and rental. Then when I called they sounded very unbothered like this is only my fault. Drive time count your days you dirty dogs. I'm taking this to tik tok cause I'm sure their are others and when I fine them we will see yall in court

First experience was awesome but I came back to a different agent which was the Asst. manager & she wasn’t as helpful as I needed her to be.

I was impressed by the service my specialist Kayla.. and the fact that the information that was given on the website was accurate.

The entire experience was great. I went online, looked at the inventory, made my deal, set my appointment, test drove the car, and brought it home with me the same day. Blake Metchener was awesome.

This was far the best experience I’ve ever had with buying a car, the customer service and the whole process.

Because I had a good sells person that was honest about the product. And explain the contract well.

Drive time on Winchester Ms Kyla Edward's was very helpful she did an amazing job. She worked with us an very patient. We went to drive time on covington the people in their are rude didn't wanna move cars so we could drive one. The lady that helped us was short didn't care to sell a car. We will never go back to drive time on covington.

Kyla was awesome and quick. We were in and out in no time. Best place I’ve seen in a long time. She was the sweetest person and I would recommend her and DriveTime to everyone I know.

Service was excellent, but there was a long wait for someone. Location only had 2 agents.

1. The only way to look at inventory is to go thru the approval process. No matter how many times I went to look at other cars, I would have to go back thru the approval process. I looked at multiple cars and would have to go thru the approval process with each car. I also looked several different days to see the new inventory. 2. According to your online "approval process" I was "approved." I made an appointment to look/test drive car. Someone from call center called to confirm appointment and make sure I brought the required documents. Upon arrival to the establishment...I was not approved, needed a cosigner, more documents, etc.. If I would have known I was not approved (or approved with 'conditions') I would have brought the additional docs with us, on the first day. I was ready with my down payment etc. Took over a week to get the purchase done.

I love the customer service. The way that the vehicle was checked made me know that Drive Time is worth sharing.

Was buying a 2016 Dodge Journey which broke down just under two weeks of having the vehicle. Had it towed to the suggested shop and was given 3 different reasons why the vehicle wouldn't start since having the it there for a week. Being frustrated about this I talked to Kirstin at the Winchester location and told her my concerns. Couldn't trust the Journey to get me to Atlanta for my daughter's first child and baby shower that coming up weekend. Seeing my frustration she got me in a more dependable vehicle the next day. A 2014 Nissan Rogue. The wife and I had the best time with our daughter and her fiancee in Atlanta thanks 😊 to Kirstin.
