Isreal, our salesman, was wonderful. He worked with us for hours since we needed a lot of technical help to buy this car. He was knowledgeable and friendly and informative and kind which are attributes that elderly purchasers like us really appreciate. We love the car and recommend DriveTime to all.

Was told one thing on the phone. Get there and was told the total opposite. They'll tell you anything to get you in there. Unprofessional!

The approval process was smooth and fast!! I knew what I wanted and was able to leave with my new ride!!

On April 28, 2025, I purchased a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta from the Covington Pike location. I made my first payment on May 30, 2025 from that day forward all types of lights (air bag error light, explanation point light, when turning the wheel it made clicking noise and my vehicle was stalling to excellerate) on the dashboard come on. On June 9th, I made an appointment at Pep Boys with Silver Rock. Pep Boys advised that my vehicle needed to be serviced at Volkswagen dealership. Pep Boys was a disgrace with customer service and all. I spoke with Drive Time customer relations we agreed to take vehicle to Volkswagen dealership. I spoke with the service tech, he informed me that the vehicle incorrect parts on the vehicle. Whatever service that was supposed to be completed. It was half done or not done at all. As of today, June 29th my vehicle is STILL at Volkswagen and the service center has sent three (3) invoices to Drive Time customer relations with part numbers, cost of parts, pictures of the parts and why the services are needed. Customer relations keeps denying the claim saying they need more information. When you purchase a vehicle Drive Time advise you to purchase Silver Rock (warranty) which covers nothing. Everything you bring to warranty or Drive Time customer relations, it's what they do NOT cover. At this point I am done with Drive Time. Keep your hard earned in your pocket.

Was sold an 2013 infinity g35 and not even within 24 hours of having it water leaked in from the rain and the service engine light came on. Took the car back for a full refund on my for my down payment which will take up to a week for me to get it back. My car was wrecked a week before and was deemed a total loss they knew I needed another vehicle. I’ll never go to another drive time location. 4/5/2025

My sales Rep Summer was so friendly and down to earth. She made the visit pleasant and I was in and out of there. The other staff members were very nice as well. Go by and check them out.

Very disappointed. I was approved online with no problem setting my own down payment and everything but when i went to the DriveTime location they say i dont make enough and dont qualify for a payment plan and says i will need a co-signer. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Marissa, who was wonderful. The moment I stepped through the door, she said I will get you in something nice that you will like. She did just that. I would recommend Marissa to anyone!

bought car on 11/30/2024 had a bad battery got it fixed but now engine light is on and took to get checked and saids bad catalytic converter and cylinder 4 misfire detected and told the 30 day warranty will not cover this they sold me a lemon car so "BEWARE DONT BUY FROM DRIVE TIME"

Terribly disappointed and unsatisfied! I drove with family, hours away with the EXPECTATION AND DECEIT of thinking I was reserved and prepared and ready to come home in the vehicle, come to the point I get there and the car is gone and the attitude of the staff and the Manager herself Nicole Vaughan as the rest of this drive time location team treated us me like a fly on a wall with zero sympathy, there was numerous amount of excuses and attitude given towards my aunt. Not only was gas wasted but time as well. I do not appreciate that as this causes distress on a person which is detrimental to mental health etc. Drive time could have been someone’s first point of contact and that’s the way they leave a person who took time to travel on a “done deal” as a “Manager” “Cooperation” you never leave a customer or potential client in such ways and behavior, there was no remorse. No apology. You literally could tell that I was being treated a certain way. I do believe out of some sort of retaliation. I hope no one else has to experience these things and if you have I now see what others have said to be correct.

I browsed the website, saw a couple couple cars I liked, booked the appointment. Once I arrived at the site, they were very attentive and my wait time wasn’t too long. I test drive the cars and ended up driving home the one I truly wanted!! The sales staff is very sweet and down to earth. I will definitely purchase from them again.

This was the 4th car we've purchased from Drivetime. This time around the process was super easy. There was no down payment needed. Marcus Smith worked with us and provided great customer service. We were able to trade in our present vehicle. Since we've worked with them in the past we knew what paperwork was needed and had everything they requested. I'd say it took us approximately 2 hours from start to finish. We got the vehicle we wanted and was happy with the purchase.

I liked the no haggle factor as far as down payment and payments. It wasn’t a long long drawn out process. What I didn’t like is I had to bring the first vehicle back due to mechanical issues and the second vehicle dash says I needed an oil change two days from the date I purchased it. That makes it seen like you ask don’t inspect your vehicles prior to seeing them. The fact that the vehicle could be returned is great. However, it would be greater if your customers were reassured that each vehicle was inspected and any repairs that needed to be done were done,

The service was excellent and it didn’t take forever to purchase my car.

Great costumer’s service loves the way they really work to get you in a vehicle. Not only one person will contact you about 3 or 4 people will call you to make sure you are took care of . Very satisfying .

Awesome please can y'all help me get in a truck

The staff was very helpful throughout the entire experience except right until the end of the purchase. My vehicle was extremely dirty outside and inside. I called ahead the day prior, letting the staff know that I would pick up the vehicle the following day. On the day of purchase, I asked why the vehicle was so dirty, the reply I was given was that it might rain anyway. It appeared that someone used it for transport to lunch. I found a ticket denoting someone's food order on the floor. The kickboards on the driver and passenger side had mud on them, the driver's side floor carpet had grass and dirt particles on it and the vehicle only had less than 1/4 tank of gas. I reported that fact to the staff and they offered to bring refuel it to 1/2 tank. Discouraged, I declined and left. The Low fuel warning popped on before I reached home and I refuelled it to a full tank myself.
